A great stay.
Pros:

Very nice hotel.Good staff at reception very helpful. They gave us tickets for the bus to Lugano. A very warm welcome when we arrived even though we were early. Very good breakfast. Very good parking

Cons:

For us the problem was no lift. The stairs is difficult for us at 74 years old.
