Tres bon sejour.
Pros:

Chambre au calme, bien equipee et bonne literie. Personnel tres souriant et accueillant a la reception. Le buffet du petit dejeuner est tres bien, pour tous les gouts. Nous n'avons pas eu de place de parking mais il y en avait dans la rue (payante). L'hotel est tres bien situe a 2 stations de tram pour rejoindre en quelques minutes le centre de Bern. Si nous revenons a Bern, nous y revenons sans hesiter.

Pros:

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück. S-Bahn Verbingung in die Altstadt ( und Bahnhof ) in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wir durften erholsame Tage in Bern verbringen und wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. das Frühstück sehr fein und vielseitig und mit frischen Zutaten. Alles war sehr sauber.

Personnel bienveillant et qui répond à nos questions.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber - Vielen Dank für die tollen Ausflugstipps, die wir sämtliche wahrnehmen konnten! Große, zweckmäßig ausgestattete, ruhige Zimmer. Getränkeautomat in der ersten Etage. Privater Parkplatz - top! Kurze Fußwege zu Lokalen/Restaurants oder Straßenbahnstation. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um das sehenswerte Bern nach einem reichhaltigen Frühstück kennen zu lernen.

Bom hotel, ótimo atendimento, funcionários mto simpaticos e prestativos. Quarto bom e espaçoso. Banheiro pequeno, mas bom.
Excelente café da manha, bem variado e com muitas frutas. Localização excelente.

Cons:

Estacionamento ruim. Tinham algumas vagas demarcadas do hotel na lateral da rua, eram poucas, portanto se voce chegasse no final do dia, essas vagas já estavam ocupadas. Na frente do hotel apenas 2 vagas, sempre reservadas para hóspedes com crianças ou idosos. Esse ponto foi ruim.
As fotos da fachada também a meu ver, não representam a real. Nas fotos parece que tem um grande jardim na frente e não tem, já é a rua.
