Great location in Old Town in quiet area. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with comfortable bed.

Die Lage ist toll, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zugewandt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.
Eigentlich nichts, nur dass es eher nicht 5 Sterne sind. Ich fand es etwas teuer für die Ausstattung.
Service Team is wonderful, the size of the room is too small. the location, into historical center, is perfect for those are interested on it.
There is no heater in the room or bathroom just air conditioner, what about winter or cold days? It's almost impossible to reach the hotel by car.

Very walkable to many sites, restaurants, shopping. We can't say enough good things about the accommodations and the offerings of the hotel. We really enjoyed the recently opened wine bar.

A classy home from home. Quiet and discrete. Highly attentive and professional staff. Nothing is too much bother. Decor and furnishings are outstanding. New gym is compact but functional and of high quality.
A one night stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We ate in the hotel's restaurant and the food was delicious, but I would advise anyone to book in advance. We had pre-dinner drinks in the newly opened hotel bar.....the staff were very accommodating and even made a special trip to the restaurant to get a liqueur I wanted that they didn't have. The gym was small but very clean with all the basic equipment.
I wish I could have stayed longer!
The perfect luxury botique hotel in the heart of old town - we reserved two rooms for two evenings and the front desk and concierge could not have been more helpful. They helped with exursions, arranging for car service, and general information about the area. We also ordered breakfast room service and their laundry services, which were both excellent. Highly recommended and we will make a point to come back to Geneva and stay in this hotel.
Location and staff were outstanding
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Les Armures in Geneva. The location is hard to beat — right in the heart of the Old Town, next to St Pierre Cathedral, making it an ideal base for exploring.
The staff were welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We booked a Junior Suite, which was very spacious, quiet, and well soundproofed — a real bonus in such a central location.
Breakfast was included and well done, with a good mix of hot and cold self-serve options. We also tried room service, which was excellent — it comes from the same kitchen as the attached restaurant, and the quality really shows.
All in all, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d happily return.
