La entrada al apartahotel, lateral al mismo es sola y obscura. No te abastecen a diario el agua ni los amenitys. Me sentí desatendida.

Vier Sterne sehen anders aus....
Pros:

Zentral, keine zwei Minuten vom Bahnhof.
Sehr freundlicher Frühstücksservice, Studios sehr geräumig, mit mobilier Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Das Bad des ersten Zimmers (Nr. 24), was wir bekamen, war unzumutbar, mit Schimmel am Duschkopf und in den Fugen. Abfall vom vorherigen Gast im Badezimmerschrank und defektem, dreckigem Stöpsel im Waschbecken. Auch hat ein Fenster im Schlafbereich nicht richtig geschlossen, so dass es nachts recht laut war. Nach Reklamation haben wir am nächsten Tag unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, vielen Dank. Dieses war auf deutlich neuerem Standard, sauber und besser isoliert. Lediglich der Wasserabfluss im Bad dürfte mal überprüft werden, Waschbecken und WC sind ein wenig überfordert.
Auch bekamen wir Frühstück für unseren Aufenthalt offeriert. Das Buffet war sehr klein, aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Aufschnitt und Joghurts werden leider nicht gekühlt, das finde ich recht fraglich. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber teils überfordert, da alleine. Je nach Andrang wäre es wünschenswert, wenn die Servicekraft etwas Unterstützung aus anderen Abteilungen bekäme. Auch ein Rezeptionist kann mal zwei Minuten aufstehen und Tische abräumen oder Geschirr abwaschen. Oder jemand vom Housekeeping einspannen. Dann hätte der Service es einfacher, das Buffet aufzufüllen. So ist es einem vier Sterne Hotel nicht würdig. Hätten wir zahlen müssen, wäre ich sehr enttäucht gewesen.

Cons:

j'ai dû demandé à changer de chambre car on m'avait attribué une chambre avec une baignoire trop haute. Vu mon âge, je n'étais pas disposée à faire de l'exercice pour grimper dedans. Après, on m'a attribué une chambre avec douche à l'italienne, qui était bcp plus accessible pour moi. Après, la chambre, rideaux à moitié arraché, ourlet qui pend, pas vraiment le niveau attendu dans un 4 étoiles !!!

Las instalaciones muy cómodas y estaba al lado de la estación de trenes y de las paradas de Tram. Muy bien ubicado.

Petit bar pour boire une bière après le travail en regardant la Coupe du Monde de football

La chambre était petite mais convenable, malgré une moquette défraîchie. Le petit-déjeuner était médiocre, avec un choix très limité.

Je soupçonne que le classement quatre étoiles a perdu de son prestige et que l'hôtel est assez vieillot. Le parking était un véritable cauchemar.

No podías conectar enchufes que fueran un poco grandes, como el del ordenador, los que tenía la habitación estaban muy desfasados. No tenía aire acondicionado, lo suplían con dos ventiladores

Hotel molto comodo per posizione e personale molto gentile e accogliente
Pros:

personale molto gentile e accogliente, la posizione eccellente e molto comoda per il centro e per prendere qualsiasi mezzo. Camera pulita. la colazione buona ci vorrebbe più scelta e più spazio.

Cons:

le camere ed i bagni (sicuramente molto puliti) avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione come è stata fatta della hall.
