De locatie beviel me het meest. Het hotel lag vlak naast het station en dicht bij het water. Bovendien waren alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden op wandelafstand, wat het erg gemakkelijk maakte om de stad te verkennen. We kwamen ook redelijk laat aan, maar werden heel warm en vriendelijk ontvangen aan de receptie door een supervriendelijke jonge man die ons met open armen verwelkomde. Dat gaf meteen een heel fijne eerste indruk van het hotel!
Op onze laatste dag hing er plots een sterke sigarettengeur in onze badkamer, vermoedelijk door de buren. We hebben dit gemeld bij de receptie, maar in eerste instantie werd er niet meteen actie ondernomen. Na een tweede melding is de medewerker wel direct naar boven gegaan en hebben we er daarna geen last meer van gehad. Uiteindelijk is het goed opgelost, maar het had fijn geweest als dit meteen was aangepakt.

Niewielki wybór produktów na śniadaniu i okna w pokoju nieszczelne przez co słychać odgłosy z zewnątrz, zwłaszcza remonty które były prowadzone nocą. Ponadto brakowało w łazience szamponu. Niedogodności te nie stanowiły jednak dużych niedogodności.

酒店位置很好，就在市中心火车站边上，交通便捷。房间配备空调，对于今年异常炎热的夏季来说，非常舒适。员工非常友好，善于沟通和解决问题。综合性价比高！
studio那边的几个房间时常忘记补充矿泉水。

The location is the best
The air conditioning didn’t work at any day that I’ve been there (I week). It was really uncomfortable because there were hot days in Geneva. I had to slept with the window open, that was inconvenient because of the mosquitoes and, as the hotel is next to the station, a lot of noise came from outside. I wouldn’t come back again.
Merci beaucoup au veilleur de nuit qui nous a accueilli à 4 heures du matin de façon très chaleureuse. Notre vol a été transféré sur Lyon. Au final, 10 heures de voyage entre attente à l'aéroport, vol, bus.....C'était vraiment un plaisir d'avoir été accueilli de façon très professionnelle. La chambre est spacieuse, la climatisation un peu bruitante. La femme de ménage professionnelle, respectueuse a fait un excellent travail. Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe. Situation de l'hôtel en plein centre ville.
