Ate at hotel 2 nights in a row. Night one: just wanted lovely view of piazza. Night 2: wanted the same service.

Best best best service. Drinks and snacks exemplary.

Dinner lovely.

5 Star Hotel. But it is ok to visit for drinks and dinner.

The hotel itself was beautiful, but the people made the stay!

Paulo, Lili, Sophia, Alejandro and Omar made us feel like a king and queen during our stay.

Every touch of the hotel was quality …..food, beverage, linens, bed, bathroom, everything!

I wish this hotel and the people were at every one of my future vacation spots!

We completed a wonderful trip to Firenze with a stay at The Place Firenze. We have had the privilege of staying at some of the most highly regarded hotels in the world. The Place has the measure of any.

Very chic, amazing staff, great location

Absolutely delightful staff, welcomed me to a solo Sunday night stay with warmth and attentiveness. The room was beautifully kitted out with luscious linens and a large marble bathroom. Although I rarely eat in my hotel, they were so kind and fun I decided to eat at the hotel and I had one of the best pastas of my entire trip in Italy! The simple tomato pasta is delicious.
The newly refurbished decor is done with a very elegant and restrained hand- I highly recommend this hotel- especially if you need to be near the train station, and car rental areas.

Can not say enough positive things about this hotel. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious and the rooms were impeccable. Yes, the rooms were small, but that’s not a factor when they are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. From the mattress and pillows, to the bath supplies, they clearly prioritize comfort and sophistication. The location is great, nothing was ever more than a 15 minute walk. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location was great.

This is one of the best hotels in the world. The staff are amazing, so helpful, professional and friendly. Everything was top quality, top comfort, including the bed, the linens, the shower, the breakfast. A truly amazing place to stay. This was our 5th trip to Florence and we will never stay anywhere else again. We arrived in a heavy rain/snow and the greeting at the door with thick towels for drying and gentlemen helping immediately with our luggage after a wet walk from the train station was priceless.

There is only one place in Firenze : THE Place! Fantastic staff, beautiful hotel, decorations to die for. Tasteful breakfast and great advices!

My wife and I enjoyed 5 fabulous nights @The Place Firenze. The decor and furnishings in the hotel are gorgeous. The attention to detail everywhere throughout the hotel was amazing. The staff were charming and helpful from a very late check in to our departure. Our room was very well appointed and beautifully presented. The nightly turndown service was excellent. The fact my wife and I are planning another visit next year should indicate how pleased we are with The Place, Firenze. Highly recommended.
