Nice property in perfect area
Pros:

Amazing room with amazing view!!!!! Loved being able to open window to see temp to plan my day. Great location to restaurants and shops. Less than 5 minute walk to nightlife!!!!! 10 minute walk to train station.

Location is very good, but lacks thoughtfulness for basic usage.

For such price, small improvements such as cups to hold tooth brushes and hanging places for towels and bigger counter spaces for the tables would not cost much but add happiness to the guests.

Gem of a place
Pros:

This is a little gem of a place. A stone's throw from the Duomo and everything else is close by too. 15 min walk from the train station. Good size room with little table and chairs. Kettle and fridge and good provisions. Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff. The cutest lift and foyer doors. Like stepping back in time. Would recommend.

Cons:

Would definitely have given this place a 10 except for the beds. They are new and clean but so very hard so we didn't sleep well. That's personal preference though, so if you like a firm bed, you'll be fine
