Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Es hat uns einfach alles gefallen: die Lage ist total super, direkt am Ufer des Levico Sees mit eigenem Seezugang und Liegewiese. Unser Zimmer hatte eine große Terrasse, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, auch das Abendessen war sehr gut. Der Servce war auch sehr gut, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Cons:

Dazu können wir so gut wie nix sagen, es hat einfach alles total gepasst. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz, ein schönes ZImmer mit Riesenterrasse, gutes Frühstück, auch Abendessen war völlig in Ordunung.

absolut hervorragende Küche im Restaurant, toller Wellnessbereich mit direktem Zugang zum See. Preise der Getränke absolut fair, Nutzung der Tiefgarage möglich (Motorrad)

Fijn hotel met super ligging.
Pros:

De ligging aan het meer, ruime kamer en badkamer, schoon, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt, goed a la carte restaurant.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt waren geen warme gerechten zoals omelet oid. Maar verder ruim voldoende keuze.

Pros:

De medewerkers zijn erg klantgericht en niets is teveel. Mijn vrouw heeft een allergie maar elke avond toch is anders te eten en de hele staff was op de hoogte gebeurd maar zelden

Pros:

Struttura molto buona. La ristorazione è ottima. Colazione molto buona. Personale gentile e professionale. L'albergo è pulito, confortevole, dotato di buoni servizi.

Cons:

L'albergo (nella prima settimana di agosto) è popolato da famiglie con bambini, che vengono lasciati urlare, correre, saltare in piscina, sbattere contro le sedie. Nessuna gestione da parte dei genitori, nessun richiamo da parte del personale alberghiero.

* Tolle Lage: Die Aussicht auf den See ist wunderschön.
* Wellness & Familie: Der Wellnessbereich ist angenehm groß und vollkommen ausreichend. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet – das separate Kinderbuffet ist eine nette Idee.

Cons:

* Gastronomie: Das Essen war leider eine herbe Enttäuschung. Das Frühstück fiel sehr dürftig aus. Beim Abendessen glichen die Suppen eher einem dicken Püree, die Hauptspeisen waren geschmacksarm sowie sehr klein portioniert, und Beilagen wie Pommes oder Kartoffeln schienen vom Vortag aufgewärmt zu sein.
* Service & Zeiten: Das Frühstück endet um 10:00 Uhr – zeitgleich mit dem regulären Check-out, was unnötigen Stress erzeugt. Bereits 10 Minuten nach Frühstücksende wird man ungemütlich zum Aufstehen gedrängt.
* Versteckte Zusatzkosten: Für den Handtuchwechsel werden 2 € fällig, und auch Sonnenliegen sowie Sonnenschirme sind kostenpflichtig.
* Zimmer & Ausstattung (Deluxe Doppelzimmer):
* Der Balkon bzw. die Terrasse bietet keinerlei Sichtschutz und somit keine Privatsphäre.
* Die Klimaanlage ist deutlich zu schwach.
* Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Handbrause, zudem lief das Duschwasser aus und setzte den Boden unter Wasser.
* Der Fernseher verfügt über keinen Internetzugang/Smart-TV-Funktionen

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sehr bemüht alle unsere Anliegen, wie z.B. kurzfristige Umbuchung auf 3-Bett-Zimmer, Berücksichtigung auf altersbedingte Herausforderungen zu achten oder Preisanpassung für Besuche im Strandbad!
