Pros:

* Tolle Lage: Die Aussicht auf den See ist wunderschön.
* Wellness & Familie: Der Wellnessbereich ist angenehm groß und vollkommen ausreichend. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet – das separate Kinderbuffet ist eine nette Idee.

Cons:

* Gastronomie: Das Essen war leider eine herbe Enttäuschung. Das Frühstück fiel sehr dürftig aus. Beim Abendessen glichen die Suppen eher einem dicken Püree, die Hauptspeisen waren geschmacksarm sowie sehr klein portioniert, und Beilagen wie Pommes oder Kartoffeln schienen vom Vortag aufgewärmt zu sein.
* Service & Zeiten: Das Frühstück endet um 10:00 Uhr – zeitgleich mit dem regulären Check-out, was unnötigen Stress erzeugt. Bereits 10 Minuten nach Frühstücksende wird man ungemütlich zum Aufstehen gedrängt.
* Versteckte Zusatzkosten: Für den Handtuchwechsel werden 2 € fällig, und auch Sonnenliegen sowie Sonnenschirme sind kostenpflichtig.
* Zimmer & Ausstattung (Deluxe Doppelzimmer):
* Der Balkon bzw. die Terrasse bietet keinerlei Sichtschutz und somit keine Privatsphäre.
* Die Klimaanlage ist deutlich zu schwach.
* Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Handbrause, zudem lief das Duschwasser aus und setzte den Boden unter Wasser.
* Der Fernseher verfügt über keinen Internetzugang/Smart-TV-Funktionen

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sehr bemüht alle unsere Anliegen, wie z.B. kurzfristige Umbuchung auf 3-Bett-Zimmer, Berücksichtigung auf altersbedingte Herausforderungen zu achten oder Preisanpassung für Besuche im Strandbad!

Bellissimo hotel, pulito e accogliente, posizione ottima e vista dalla camera fantastica.
Ristorante veramente buono, presente molta attenzione per i bambini.

Cons:

L’unico appunto per il pagamento dei lettini su spiaggia, con il prezzo della camera dovrebbero essere compresi……

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt direkt am See

Die Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientiertheit aller Mitarbeiter, die Lage direkt am See ist toll, auch der Spa- Bereich ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück (sogar mit Sekt, Lachs und frischen Eierspeisen) ist sehr umfangreich und die Qualität der Speisen beim Abendessen sehr gut. Der See und der Blick aus den Zimmern ist ebenso sehr schön. Sehr empfehlenswert :-) !
