Bardzo miły pobyt.
Pros:

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce i bardzo przyjazny personel. Śniadania klasyczne i na słodko. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa. Ciekawa lokalizacja. Ogólne wrażenia bardzo pozytywne :)

Cons:

Nie ma się do czego przyczepić :)

Alles super und wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein komplett neu renoviertes, modernes Zimmer. Da waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. Das Personal war auch jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem war das Frühstück auch super. Torbole war auch super zu erreichen. Wir haben uns dafür entschieden zu laufen. Auch wenn der Weg etwas steiler und lang ist. Aber komplett machbar wenn man noch gut zu Fuß ist.

Pros:

Logement propre et fonctionnel. La receptionniste qui nous a accueilli le mercredi en fin de journée, très agréable.
Le parking est pratique. Un petit magasin se trouve juste à coté de l'hotel après il faut une voiture pour visiter.
La demi pension etait parfaite nous avons très bien mangé le matin et le soir.
Excellent rapport qualité/prix nous recommandons cet hotel.
La chambre était agréable spacieuse avec une salle de bain moderne

Cons:

Dommage nous avons eu froid. Aussi bien dans la chambre que dans les parties communes. Quand nous avons demandé à la reception pour avoir du chauffage dans la chambre on nous a dit que cela n'était pas possible, le chauffage était coupé.Même la salle de bain n'est pas chauffée . Par contre on m'a apporté une deuxième couette.
Dommage car cet hotel est chouette.

מאכזת מאוד, חויה עגומה.

לא אהבנו כלום

Cons:

מיקום - הכניסה מסימטה צרה, האוטועומד וחוסם חצי מהרחוב.
חדר - קטן ללא אפשרות ללהרתיח מים, אין מקרר אין שמפו סבון רחצה, מושב האסלה סדוק.
בחדר לא פעל המזגן החדר היה קפוא, מובן לי שעקב החקיקה לא הופעל המזגן על חימום, הטמפרטורה הייתה מתחת 15 מעלות בערב וירדב בלילה ל4-5 מעלות, לאחר שיכנוע רב מנהל המקום הזמין טכנאי שהפעיל את החימום.
ארוחת הערב הוגשה בחדר שלא הספיק להתחמם והיה מאוד לא נעים לשבת בו.
האוכל הוגש קר ..
החניה מאוד רחוקה, במגרש חול שעליו המלון גבה 7 יורו.
הצוות לא אדיב ולא מנסה לעזור .
כשביקשנו חצי כוס חלב, רצו לגבות על זה כסף בתור טוב ניתן כמתנה.

They accommodated me with letting me keep my meds in their refrigerator

Nicht unser Traumhotel - für eine Übernachtung völlig in Ordnung.

- Freundliches Personal
- Möglichkeit, das Fahrrad sicher abzustellen
- Frühstück war in Ordnung, viel Auswahl

Cons:

Leider entsprach das Hotel und insbesondere unser Zimmer nicht den Erwartungen, die die Onlinepräsentation bei uns erweckt hat. Wir haben wohl eines der nicht renovierten Zimmer erhalten, das zwar einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof hatte, jedoch innen in einem penetranten Minzgrün gehalten war.
Das Zimmer war eher hellhörig (Schritte im Zimmer darüber hörbar).
Das Abendessen war in Ordnung, wurde aber auch den Erwartungen nicht gerecht. Der Speisesaal war kühl und bei offener Tür und lauter Klimaanlage sehr ungemütlich.

Ci è piaciuta l'ccoglienza e una camera ristrutturata non prevista. La professionalità del Maitre. Le cene molto buone. Letto comodo. Alla richiesta di un secondo cuscino ci hanno soddisfatto subito. Vogliamo ringraziare tutto lo staff.
