Pros:

Breakfast was Italian-style, with plenty of sweet options, but nothing really stood out. The coffee was very poor — something the owner is aware of and even suggests preparing it in a very specific way. In my opinion, that defeats the purpose of having a coffee machine if you’re expected to make an espresso and then add water or milk yourself. The bread was average.

The ski slope is about 100 meters away, but access is through a private passage, or you need to walk around 200–300 meters to reach the slope near the Audi Arena or the gondola. It’s not possible to ski directly back to the hotel.

On the positive side, the lobby is nice, the spa is a definite plus, and the rooms are of a good standard.

Cons:

Improve the quality of the coffee and simplify its preparation. A good coffee machine should produce proper coffee without the need for unusual or inconvenient brewing methods.

Add more variety and higher-quality options to the breakfast, especially savory items, and improve the quality of the bread.

The “ski-to-door” information is misleading and should be corrected. It is not possible to ski directly to the hotel, and access to the slopes requires walking or using specific routes. Updating the property description would help set accurate expectations for guests.
