Séjour basique mais correct
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, dans un quartier sympathique et proche de toutes les commodités. Le rapport qualité-prix est intéressant. Le personnel est très serviable, gentil et poli, toujours prêt à aider et à répondre aux besoins des clients.

Un accueil apprécié qui contribue à rendre le séjour agréable.

Cons:

L’hôtel correspond globalement à la description et respecte ses engagements. C’est un établissement très basique, mais suffisant.

Quelques points pourraient être améliorés : un crochet dans la salle de bain, une poignée de maintien dans la douche qui est assez glissante, une chaise sur le balcon et quelques équipements supplémentaires dans la chambre (comme une bouilloire, frigo). Le petit-déjeuner est également très simple, avec peu de choix et des produits plutôt industriels.

À noter également une isolation phonique assez faible : les bruits dans les couloirs, les portes qui claquent et les sons des chambres voisines s’entendent facilement, ce qui peut être gênant selon les clients.
La présence de quelques fourmis dans la chambre.

Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience reste correcte pour un court séjour.

La posizione in zona tranquilla, vicina alla SF e metropolitana Porta Susa.
Lo Staff tutti molto gentili da primo premio! Bravi ed accoglienti!

Struttura da ristrutturare con URGENZA, studiando meglio gli spazi nei bagni perché non fruibili in tutte le funzioni (bidet in posizione sbagliatissima non utilizzabile e lavabo di conseguenza troppo piccolo, doccia mancante di mensola per sapone ecc.
Consiglio stile più minimal meno fronzoli da pulire e pareti con colori più riposanti. Aggiungere frigobar!

L'albego si trova in una posizione ottima perché a pochi passi dalla stazione di Porta Susa e dalla stazione della metropolitana. Si arriva a piedi in centro oppure a pochi metri, in via Duchessa Iolanda si può prendere l'autobus 56 che arriva in Piazza Castello, a poca distanza, accanto alla stazione passa il tram 13 (ora sostituito da un autobus) che arriva alla Gran Madre, sempre passando per Piazza Castello. L'albergo è molto pulito ed il personale gentile e accogliente, ho prenotato e pagato il garage interno e sono stata molto soddisfatta. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. L'aria condizionata funziona e raffredda la stanza in pochi minuti. Arredo nuovo e tinteggiatura recente. Bagno ben accessoriato. Il quartiere offre un supermercato vicino, farmacia, tabaccaio, negozi ,palestra e ristoranti e pub, pure un mercato con vari generi, insomma soggiorno di tre giorni molto positivo

Swietny stosunek cena jakosć. Codziennie serwowane sniadania, czysto, klimatyzacja. Wszystko w porzadku.

Mąz zastał drzwi szeroko otwarte do pokoju, w którym nikogo nie bylo. Pani sprzatająca je tak zostawiła na dluzsza chwilę, a nasze rzeczy byly w środku. Nie odpisuja na wiadomosci :)
