Stuff was kind, the hotel is beautiful, breakfast is nice

Cons:

We chose the hotel because of its excellent reviews and family-friendly reputation, but the room was effectively impossible to sleep in.
The soundproofing seemed virtually nonexistent: music from the square sounded as though it were inside our room, even with the windows closed and earplugs.

Unfortunately, the experience was completely different from what we expected based on the reviews.

Riposo eccellente prima delle Terme

Nella piazza principale di Saint Vincent è struttura accogliente, personalmente sono stato omaggiato di un upgrade di stanza e mi ha fatto molto piacere. Stanza comoda, silenziosissima, ho riposato benissimo

Excellente expérience au Bijou Hôtel
Pros:

Le Bijou Hôtel est un véritable bijou !
Il est très bien situé sur la place centrale de Saint-Vincent.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien insonorisées et équipées (climatisation, mini-bar…).
Le petit déjeuner sucré/salé est délicieux et varié avec des produits locaux qui sont proposés.
Le personnel est dévoué au bien-être de ses clients.
L’hôtel propose des « petits plus » qui font la différence : un service de tisanerie gratuit, les gâteaux du petit déjeuner sont « fait maison »…

Cons:

L’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking, il y a un parking payant à côté de l’hôtel à un prix très marché (ou alors un parking gratuit un peu plus loin).

Dommage que l’hôtel ne dispose pas de restaurant…
Il y a pleins des restaurants/bars aux alentours mais la qualité y est très moyenne…

Surprisingly nice stay with family
Pros:

We booked a bigger family room with last minute without having much chance to review the surrounding and the room itself but we were very happy with the choice afterwards. Saint-Vincent is a nice little town, with extrmely good pizza place close to the hotel. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. It was a bit warm due to the 34+ weather outside but there was some sort of air conditioning (it kept the temperature around 24 deg). The was gluten free breakfast products available on request.

A lovely, comfortable hotel in the centre of St Vincent
Pros:

This was an overnight stay on our way to Tuscany. The Bijou is a lovely hotel, with comfortable rooms & beds. It has a very nice lounge on the ground floor, by reception, where you can make tea and coffee.
It was hot the afternoon we arrived, and it was lovely sitting outside the hotel in the shade of some beautiful trees on the square, watching schoolchildren dancing.
There’s a public car park close by. The hotel had given us details of exactly where to park, and it was then a very short walk through a pedestrian tunnel to the square where the hotel is. It cost just 6 euros for 24 hours.
There are plenty of restaurants close by.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff pleasant and helpful.
