Fajn lokalita v centru města. Celkem dobré snídaně, kde nám nic nechybělo. Milá a příjemná obsluha. Hotel působil velmi klidně a rodinně. Skvělá komunikace hotelu.

Cons:

Moc jsme nepochopili parkování, ale hotel nás navedl. Velmi špatné pláže, ale to není chyba hotelu. Hotel by mohl zajistit místo na pláži v ceně ubytování na soukromé pláži - to by bylo fajn. My jsme tam naštěstí jen přespávali, ale vyplatí se zajet si k moři třeba na pláž Sistiana

Bis auf die unnötige Diskussion wegen der Tourismussteuer und dem stolzen Preis für das Zimmer, hat es gepasst

Cons:

Preis ganz schön teuer für dieses kleine Zimmer. War auch das erste Hotel, dass eine Tourismussteuer extra verlangt hat, obwohl laut Buchung alles inkludiert war(sämtliche Steuern und Abgaben!). Nach langer Diskussion haben wir diese zwar dann doch nicht bezahlen müssen, aber ich finde es ganz schön dreist, sie noch mal zu verlangen, obwohl wir auch bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen würden, dass noch Extrakosten anfallen würden!

La colazione era buona, la location abbastanza particolare, balcone su un cortile abbastanza triste, vista palazzi…

Cons:

Hotel in ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro di Grado. Camera piccola ma confortevole, abbiamo dormito bene e abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di parcheggiare la nostra moto in sicurezza. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti con cortesia dalla receptionist, che ci ha fatto subito una buona impressione.

Purtroppo il ricordo del soggiorno è stato rovinato dopo la partenza. Mi è stato segnalato il consumo di una seconda bottiglietta d’acqua dal minibar che avevo dimenticato di dichiarare. Ho immediatamente chiesto l’IBAN per effettuare il pagamento, senza discutere né contestare l’importo. Nonostante questo, ho ricevuto un messaggio che metteva in dubbio la mia correttezza, cosa che ho trovato spiacevole e fuori luogo. Per 2 euro il problema non era certamente economico, ma il modo in cui è stata gestita una semplice dimenticanza ha lasciato un’impressione negativa.

È un peccato, perché fino a quel momento il soggiorno era stato davvero piacevole.

Would totally stay there again, Grado is a great town and hotel Regina is right in the heart of the best area
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and tidy rooms! The parking service was great.

Cons:

It was hot and our apartment faced south, there was no shade on the balcony. Inside blinds and air con worked a treat though

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mitten in Grado!
Pros:

Wir konnten unsere Rennräder in der Garage ohne Probleme abstellen. Der Innenpool war auch ganz nett. Das Frühstück war solide!

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter sind wohl nicht so die Morgenmenschen.

Herrliche Frühstücksterrasse. Die Damen beim Frühstück füllen alles sofort nach das es wieder appetitlich aussieht!
