super, clean, nice hosts, would recommend.
Pros:

the hotel was well situated, close to stores, caffes, metro statitions and the center. the hosts were very nice to us, even let us leave our luggage there before night. the room had a very comfortable bed, good air condutioning, clean towels and even soap and body wash. very good place to stay when exploring milan. would recommend!!

personale veramente super disponibile e gentile a qualsiasi ora del giorno. La camera molto bella e con tutti i servizi, pulizia giornaliera e aria condizionata

nella struttura non è previsto ascensore e le scale (fino al 3 piano) sono molto strette e calde, molto scomode per chi ha bagagli

El.personal super amable y te ayudan en lo que necesites, y la ubicacion esta muy cerca del centro, a pocas paradas de metro, sin cambiar de linea.
Me guardaron maletas sin problemas y necesite un taxi a las 4 de la mñana, y se encargaron de ello.
El trato es muy bueno

Cons:

Estuve en varias ocasiones, y en la primera habitacion la ducha no se sostenia, la nevera no enfriaba y a pesar del aire acondicionado, hacia calor, quiza por estar en la ultima planta, pero en otra ocasion estuve en la segunda, y mucho mejor, la nevera y el aire funcionaron correctamente.

Pros:

Bardzo miło wspominam pobyt w tym hotelu. Właściciele są niezwykle uprzejmi, mili i zawsze uśmiechnięci. Od pierwszych chwil można poczuć, że zależy im na komforcie swoich gości. Doba hotelowa zaczyna się o 14:00, jednak na miejscu byliśmy już po godzinie 10:00. Bez żadnego problemu mogliśmy zostawić bagaże, a już około 12:00 otrzymaliśmy dostęp do pokoju, co było dla nas bardzo dużym udogodnieniem.
Pokój nie był duży, ale był bardzo czysty i codziennie sprzątany. Najważniejsze, że łóżko było naprawdę wygodne, dzięki czemu bardzo dobrze się spało. Okno wychodziło na ulicę, jednak ruch w tej okolicy jest niewielki, więc w nocy panowała całkowita cisza. Klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze – jedynie mogłaby być odrobinę cichsza.
Mieszkaliśmy na drugim piętrze i zarówno tam, jak i na parterze, Wi-Fi działało bez żadnych problemów. Każdego dnia właściciele witali nas z uśmiechem, a dodatkowym atutem była możliwość zamówienia kawy i wypicia jej w przyjemnym, kameralnym ogródku znajdującym się na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu kamienicy.
Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra. Do dużego sklepu spożywczego oraz przystanku autobusowego można dojść w 2–3 minuty, a do stacji metra w około 5 minut. Do dworca Milano Centrale, skąd odjeżdżają autobusy na lotnisko, można dojechać autobusem w około 15 minut. Dzięki temu zarówno zwiedzanie Mediolanu, jak i dojazd na lotnisko są bardzo wygodne.
Z czystym sumieniem polecam ten hotel. Świetna atmosfera, życzliwi właściciele, czystość i bardzo dobra lokalizacja sprawiły, że nasz pobyt był naprawdę udany. Gdy ponownie odwiedzę Mediolan, chętnie zatrzymam się tutaj jeszcze raz.
