El hotel tiene una vista increíble. La habitación era enorme, limpia y con muy cómoda cama y almohadas.
El personal es super amoroso y las instalaciones son hermosas. No necesitás salir del hotel, te querés quedar ahi.
Perfecto para una escapada romántica, descomectar de la rutina y conectar con vos mismo y tu pareja.

Piękny i wygodny hotel, najbardziej urzekła nas obsługa hotelu, wszyscy bardzo pozytywni i serdeczni, a przy tym bardzo profesjonalni. Piekne położenie, niestety pogoda nie pozwoliła nam skorzystac z basenu zewnetrznego, ale na pewno byłoby to niezapomniane przezycie, basen czy jaccuzi z widokiem na gory

Doskonałe miejsce na wypoczynek
Pros:

Hotel ma bardzo dobry standard, 4 gwiazdki zdecydowanie go oddają. Jest czysto, pokoje są codziennie starannie sprzątane. Obsługa jest bardzo pomocna, wychodzi naprzeciw wszystkim prośbom.
Smaczne śniadania i bardzo dobra restauracja. W pobliżu znajduje się również współpracująca z hotelem pizzeria, gdzie także można smacznie zjeść. Strefa SPA jest dobrze urządzona i pozwala na relaks.
Sama miejscowość jest położona urokliwie w górach. Dojazd jest w porządku - górskie drogi są dość wymagające, ale nie ma problemu z ich pokonaniem. Dobra baza wypadowa do Bergamo, Mediolanu, nad Como itp.

Cons:

Parking jest mały i często brakuje na nim miejsca, wobec czego trzeba korzystać z parkingu oddalonego o kilka minut spaceru od hotelu. Nie jest to duży problem, a dodatkowo obsługa jest pomocna przy rozpakowaniu bagaży.

Devo dire mi è piaciuto tutto la gentilezza subito all'arrivo alla reception e poi la camera bella spaziosa e pulita con un bagno enorme poi scendi giù in piscina al meno 3 e sei avvolto nella natura in mezzo alle montagne e tutto super pulito. Poi il servizio bar super efficiente prenoti tramite il codice qr sull'ombrellone e arrivano con velocità. Le piscine sono pulite come anche il piano di sopra dove si trovano la sauna bagno turco doccia di ghiaccio e doccie emozionali reparto tisane e acqua e zona relax. Ho veramente amato tutto ma soprattutto il massaggio mio schiena collo da parte di Luca e mio marito il massaggio completo della Paola hanno veramente mani e braccia d'oro 😁 ne approfitto ancora per ringraziare. Poi cena nel ristorante dell'hotel abbiamo mangiato davvero bene vedi foto.... alla sera dormito al fresco con la finestra aperta che coccola .... e alla mattina una colazione grandiosa i buonissimi pancake ma la cosa che mi ha fatto strabuzzare gli occhi il favo di miele 🍯 pazzesco buonissimo con sopra lo yogurt bianco. Complimenti davvero

Faccio fatica a vedere cosa non mi è piaciuto.... forse la camera rivolta sulla strada e non dietro ai monti ma pazienza.... e il parcheggio piccolo stretto ma basta lasciare le chiavi in hotel nel caso di mancato posto auto... e i 5 euro solo per chi prenota su booking... vabbe pazienza il resto è stato tutto meraviglioso
