Aucun confort , oreiller plat, lit avec ressorts dans le dos avec une chambre horrible sur la déco, sous mansarde avec une décoration digne des années 1950!

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et accueillant.
Le restaurant est très beau, les mets sont très bons et très bien présentés, la vue est superbe.
Nous avions une chambre assez simple côté décoration mais bien fonctionnelle avec un petit balcon donnant directement au dessus du lac.
L'hôtel est très bien situé : à 5 minutes à pied du ferry et de la ligne de bus.

체크인 전부터 궁금한 점을 문의했을 때 호텔 피드백이 매우 친절하고 빨라서 도착 전부터 환대 받는 느낌이 좋았습니다. 리셉션에서 체크인 할 때도 정말 친절히 맞이해주었고, 주차도 편리했어요. 객실 테라스에서 바라 보는 호수 뷰는 정말 환상적이었고, 침대도 편해서 아주 잘 쉬었네요. 호텔 내 레스토랑에선 점심과 조식을 모두 먹어봤는데 직원도 친절하고 음식 맛도 훌륭했어요. 접근성 측면에서도, 트레메초 선착장 바로 옆에 호텔이 위치하고 있어서 벨라지오로 페리 타고 왕복 이동하기 정말 편리했어요! 여러모로 강력추천하는 호텔입니다!!! ^^

Cons:

아쉬웠던 점은 없습니다. 좀 더 머물고 싶은 호텔이었어요.

Great view as advertised, pretty good location, even if parking can be a little complicated.
Pros:

The view was indeed wonderful, both from our room (attic) and from the restaurant below! The parking situation was a bit complicated, but the staff has a system for finding a spot nearby, which was good.
