The friendly cleaner.
Very disappointing stay and certainly not the experience we expected.
We first tried to book a massage in the spa back in January and were told we needed to wait until nearer the time. We contacted the hotel again around a month before our stay, only to be told that the masseuse was on holiday and they couldn’t help. When we arrived, we then discovered that use of the spa facilities would cost an additional €50.
Parking was another frustration. Despite requesting underground parking when making the booking, this hadn’t been arranged. On arrival there was nowhere suitable to park and we were actually advised to leave a Porsche in the nearby supermarket car park, which was hardly reassuring. Eventually we were given underground parking, at yet another additional charge of €20 per night, so €60 extra just to park during our stay.
The hotel itself feels dated and in need of refurbishment. There is also no restaurant available for an evening meal, which was disappointing for a hotel offering this level of accommodation.
The gym is extremely limited. There is effectively one weight-training machine, so if somebody else is using it, you are left waiting. There are some dumbbells, but they only go up to 10kg, so anyone who regularly weight trains will find the facilities very inadequate.
Unfortunately, our dealings with reception didn’t improve matters. We found one of the receptionists rude on more than one occasion, which really affected the overall impression of the hotel.
The one standout positive was the cleaner, who was absolutely lovely and a real credit to the hotel. Friendly, helpful and a complete contrast to the experience elsewhere.
Overall, the stay felt like a succession of extra charges, limited facilities and disappointing service. Based on our experience, we would not return.
La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era abbastanza spaziosa, con una bella doccia. Molto soddisfatto dalla pulizia generale e dalla colazione, veramente buona.
Pessima gestione dello staff in reception. A noi e sicuramente ad un altra signora sono stati persi degli indumenti e alla reception più di inviare una e-mail al servizio di pulizia camere, non hanno avuto accortezza di fare nulla. Inoltre una delle ragazze ha anche un modo di fare sgarbato.

Struttura in posizione centrale, accogliente, dagli interni in stile montagna. Ambiente pulito. Camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti, arredamento moderno. Letto comodo. Parcheggio gratuito. Staff gentile, sorridente e disponibile, abbiamo ricevuto aiuto e consigli alla reception. Colazione varia, abbondante: aggiungerei però più prodotti locali (per esempio non c'era bresaola; c'era prosciutto cotto, ma non prosciutto crudo).
Siamo arrivati il giorno prima che il ristorante chiudesse. Non è stato possibile organizzare una cena personalizzata, causa allergie, e abbiamo così dovuto recarci in un ristorante della città, dove abbiamo trovato quanto ci necessitava.
