Nice hotel away from Bormio crowds; only minor details prevent rating it at full 10
Pros:

Views from the hotel were really good at the expense of hotel location - 4km up the Bormio2000 climb, so really fitting only if you travel by car or for cyclists. The atmosphere was really calm and relaxing - spectacular, compared to other hotels downtown in Bormio; pure enjoyment in the afternoon with some beer after doing Stelvio and Umbrail passes by bike. BTW, they have a bike stand installed right before the front door! Would gladly return there.

Cons:

We ate the dinner in hotel restaurant, which I'd rate average both for menu selection as well as food quality. The breakfast, on the other hand, was solid. I recommend paying for dinner separately without adding to the room bill, we had an 18 extra EUR mistake charged, which we promptly solved at the checkout, but still worth noting.
