Zimmer sind neuwertig, top-Sauber und sogar bei 2 Übernachtungen gemacht worden.

Meravigliosa esperienza a Bologna
Pros:

Colazione ricca e completa ideale sia per chi ama il dolce sia per chi come nel mio caso ama la colazione salata. Lo staff dell'hotel è stato super disponibile e professionale in ogni momento. La camera era davvero bellissima e con un letto super confortevole . Ritorneremo sicuramente perché non abbiamo trovato nessun difetto in quest'hotel ma solo pregi. Complimenti allo staff

Pros:

Είναι μία πολύ καλή επιλογή ξενοδοχείου για κάποιον που δεν θέλει να μείνει μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο και δικαίως έχει την μεγαλύτερη αξιολόγηση σε βαθμό από άλλα που ψάχναμε για να κλείσουμε. Υπάρχει λεωφορείο έξω από το ξενοδοχείο που σε πηγαίνει στο κέντρο της πόλης στην περίπτωση που δεν έχεις αυτοκίνητο. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την Ράνια, την Σάρα και την Λορεντάνα στην ρεσεψιόν οι οποίες αντιμετώπισαν με υπευθυνότητα και κατανόηση ένα θέμα που δημιουργήθηκε την πρώτη ημέρα με τον κλιματισμό, την Λάουρα και την Τζούλια στο πρωινό οι οποίες σου έφτιαχναν την ημέρα σερβίροντας τον καφέ πάντα με ένα πλατύ χαμόγελο καθώς και τον Αντρέα στο εστιατόριο με τις εξαιρετικές γνώσεις του για το ιταλικό φαγητό, τις εύστοχες προτάσεις του και το άψογο σέρβις. Αν φάτε στο εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου να δοκιμάσετε οπωσδήποτε την Μπολονέζ και τα λαζάνια!!! Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σίγουρα αν βρεθούμε πάλι στην Μπολόνια!

Δεν υπήρξε κάτι που να μην μας άρεσε ή που να μας δυσκόλεψε κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας.

Pros:

Gezellig, super vriendelijk personeel en modern hotel.

Cons:

Jammer dat de airco het niet deed op 1 van de warmste dagen. Ontbijt was wat mager. Het meisje was druk met kruimels weghalen, maar bijvullen gebeurde niet. Een gekookt ei was er niet, broodmand was nagenoeg leeg.
