Posizione molto vicina alla Stazione piazza Principe ed al mare.
Aria condizionata

Cons:

Colazione troppo cara 10€ a persona di cui non ci. Siamo avvalsi.
L'albergo affaccia su una strada molto rumorosa oppure su una via stretta altrettanto rumorosa per via di ristotoranti, quindi non si può dormire con le finestre aperte e consiglio camere alte (più calde ma meno rumorose).

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Genua
Pros:

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Sehr zentrale Lage (nah beim Bahnhof und der Altstadt).
Schöner Frühstücksraum.
Zimmer immer gut gereinigt.

Cons:

Im TV Programm gibt es leider nur italienisch-sprachige Sender.
Zeitweise etwas viel Lärm von der vorbeiführenden Strasse mit viel Verkehr.

Pros:

Hôtel calme malgré la proximité d’une rue passante. Proche de la gare. Belle chambre et sanitaire impeccable.

Cons:

Sur demande de ma facture, le personnel m’a dit que je la trouverai sur booking à mon retour. Hors booking ne fait pas de facture, ce qui m’a obligé à refaire une demande à l’hôtel.

Apparently, the hotel is run by a family, and they are wonderful people. My interactions with them left me with a wonder
Pros:

Good evening :). The hotel is very old! But it's clear that everything that's happening now has been done with love: new bedding, new towels, everything works. They responded positively to our requests for fruit bowls; when we had a headache, they gave us a pill upon request. There was always someone at reception who could help, and the feedback was not just positive, but even heartfelt. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because we slept in and were already heading out to eat. The hotel's location is excellent, about a 30-minute walk to the center, but there's a bus for a few euros and a taxi +/- 20 euros. Hotel I recommend 100%.

Cons:

The hole in the sink wouldn't close, and I was always afraid of dropping something valuable in there:(:)
