Pros:

Hôtel calme malgré la proximité d’une rue passante. Proche de la gare. Belle chambre et sanitaire impeccable.

Cons:

Sur demande de ma facture, le personnel m’a dit que je la trouverai sur booking à mon retour. Hors booking ne fait pas de facture, ce qui m’a obligé à refaire une demande à l’hôtel.

Apparently, the hotel is run by a family, and they are wonderful people. My interactions with them left me with a wonder

Good evening :). The hotel is very old! But it's clear that everything that's happening now has been done with love: new bedding, new towels, everything works. They responded positively to our requests for fruit bowls; when we had a headache, they gave us a pill upon request. There was always someone at reception who could help, and the feedback was not just positive, but even heartfelt. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because we slept in and were already heading out to eat. The hotel's location is excellent, about a 30-minute walk to the center, but there's a bus for a few euros and a taxi +/- 20 euros. Hotel I recommend 100%.

Cons:

The hole in the sink wouldn't close, and I was always afraid of dropping something valuable in there:(:)

No hubo estancia, el hotel es un fraude , a ningún precio sirve.

El hotel es un fraude, muestra fotos que no se condicen con la realidad , húmedo, sucio, sin personal,( estuvimos 30 minutos esperando que abrieran la puerta), luego nos ofrecieron una habitación en un subterráneo, con mal olor y humedad. Debimos buscar otro hotel , no nos alojamos ahí.

Nell'hotel siamo stati bene e abbiamo goduto di tutti i vantaggi dell'eccellente posizione

ottima posizione. Vicinissima alla stazione di Piazza Principe e alla fermata della metro. Camere sobrie, ma pulite e dotate di tutto l'essenziale. Inoltre, la nostra camera aveva un affaccio interno, lontano dal rumore della strada

Posizione strategica davanti alla stazione e a 10 minuti dall’acquario e le altre attrazioni. Personale cordiale e pulizia ottima. Possibilità di deposito bagagli.

Cons:

La zona non è delle più pulite e silenziose, fino a tardi abbiamo sentito il forte rumore dei due ristoranti nel vicolo dietro, consiglierei di investire in infissi più isolanti.

Esperienza decisamente positiva: lo consiglio senza esitazioni.
Pros:

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia presso questo hotel nel mese di aprile 2026 e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura si trova a pochissimi passi dalla stazione di Genova Piazza Principe, in una posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il centro città sia per arrivare comodamente al porto.

Le camere sono ampie, ben arredate e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Anche il bagno è pratico, funzionale e con sanitari nuovi. Ottima la pulizia in tutta la struttura.

Un ringraziamento particolare al servizio di reception, sempre disponibile, cordiale e professionale.
Esperienza decisamente positiva: lo consiglio senza esitazioni.

Posizione strategica vicino a FS e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.
Staff disponibile H24.
Prezzo buono

Cons:

Struttura datata poco curata che necessita di manutenzione.
Stanza minuscola, senza armadio e senza appoggi per le valigie (messe sotto i letti).
Bagno cieco senza mensole, con lavabo molto piccolo; gradino di accesso al bagno pericoloso.
Hall inesistente.
Scarsa pulizia degli ambienti.

Great for one night - amazing staff - a bit overpriced.
Pros:

The location is super convenient, walking distance from train, metro and bus station. The staff is very friendly and super helpful, special thanks to Magdalena. The hotel has an elevator, and they store your luggage very responsibly if you need it and they are flexible with the hours. Everything was clean and we also had coffee in the room.

Cons:

The area doesn't seem unsafe but it is not nice either. The room window led to the back side which is a not so nice ally. The fridge kept making strange sounds all the time and that is annoying when you are trying to sleep. We tried adjusting the A/C a bit but it was not possible.

Pros:

Près de la gare et check in à toutes heures pratique quand on arrive en train tard le soir par exemple.
Possibilité de laisser ses bagages jusqu au départ sans frais supplémentaires.

Cons:

Chambre très peu accueillante et très ancienne.
Très bruyant.
