Bon hôtel, personnel très sympathique
Pros:

Bien placé. Personnel très sympathique. Chambre très propre. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude en fin de journée ni en début de matinée. Douches prises à l'eau tiède. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, peut-être était-ce un problème ponctuel.

Ein normales Stadthotel, kleines Bad, gute Betten.
Das Frühstück für Italien recht gut.
Parken in der Hotelgarage - ansonsten dürfte es schwierig werden
Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück gab es nur Toastbrot.
Kein Fahrstuhl im Haus.
Zum Bahnhof ca.30 Minuten, ins Zentrum oder zum Hafen ca.20 Minuten.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour visiter La Spezia et partir à la découverte des Cinque Terre. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux, et les chambres sont propres et confortables. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Excelente calidad y buen precio
Pros:

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel en La Spezia. La ubicación es muy cómoda, cerca de varios lugares importantes y a aproximadamente un kilómetro y medio de la estación de tren, aunque se puede hacer todo caminando sin problemas. Además, tiene cerca restaurantes, kioscos, panaderías y todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda.

El servicio fue excelente y el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. En la recepción hablan español, inglés e italiano, lo que hace todo mucho más fácil para los huéspedes.

El desayuno es bastante completo y variado. El hotel, aunque parece antiguo, está muy bien mantenido, limpio y es mucho más grande por dentro de lo que parece desde afuera. Sin dudas, un lugar muy recomendable para hospedarse.

No hay quejas, todo excelente en relación calidad precio

Tolle Lage und super Service.
Pros:

Ich habe leider den Namen der Empfangsdame vergessen, aber genau so stelle ich mir die Reception vor. Wir haben sehr gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants erhalten.

Cons:

Es ist toll, dass man das Fahrzeug in einer Garage parken kann, aber der Platz ist eng und das manövrieren schwierig.

We waren hier maar 2 nachten op doorreis naar Italie. Helemaal goed.

centrale ligging, voldoende horeca en dicht haven en station.
Parkeerplaats tegen betaling onder het hotel.
Goede verbindingen, zowel via het water als met de trein om Cinque Terre te bezoeken.
