Pros:

Muy agradable don Antonio que nos atendió con mucho gusto, el lugar es hermoso, muy céntrico, la zona es bellisima y don Antonio siempre pendiente y dispuesto a apoyar en lo que se necesite

Cons:

Como es un lugar de departamentos no cuenta con elevador, asi que hay que cargar las maletas hasta la habitacion, el aire acondicionado es de los portátiles asi que no enfría muchisimo, sin embargo fue una estancia agradable

Great quality, great people.
Pros:

The owner of the hotel was amazing. He showed us where to go to the beach, took care of our bags while we were gone, and was overall an amazing host. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Great location, comfortable room, and helpful staff
Pros:

I booked a room with a shared bathroom but was pleasantly surprised to find a sink within the room which made a huge difference. The shared bathroom was super modern and very clean. The room itself was a bit small, but there was an individual bed, a small closet, and a desk. Each room has an AC unit that works very well. At check in, the owner spent a lot of time answering my questions and giving advice regarding what to do and not to do in the area. He was also very responsive via message.

The location is great, walkable from the train station, and right in the middle of the center. Tons of restaurants, shops, and even supermarkets within walking distance. The bus from Porto Venere passes right by as well.

Cons:

There are no common spaces and a kitchen isn't available - just a microwave. No refrigerator either. If you're seeking an opportunity to socialize, this isn't the place. For me it was just a place to sleep so it was fine.
