Awesome, because La Spezia is wonderful. So, considering everything I did, it was good.
Pros:

The location is a plus. Close to everything.

Cons:

They have to improve some things. For example: the bathroom is so small, and it’s shared with the other room guest. A person higher than 5’5” or with heavy weight will have a problem. The janitor man or whoever this person is, constantly check if you open the window, leave the A/C on or off. Looks like a cop. The A/C unit is so small to refresh or keep cool the room.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The reception was very warm and welcoming. The person who greeted me was extremely helpful, gave me all the information I needed about the area, and shared some great tips that made my trip much easier. I really appreciated the hospitality and helpfulness!

Die mobile Klimanalage war top und das Bad sehr sauber. Die InhaberInnen sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Die Matratze war leider sehr durchgelesen und das Zimmer hatte kein richtiges Fenstern.

Pros:

The room was nice and the host were friendly, right in the center with many restaurants around but still you didn’t hear a thing from the room

Cons:

You have to do two sets of stairs to get to the apartment and was kinda difficult whit the bags but still nothing you can’t manage with time
