La atención del propietario.
El lugar era cómodo,pero tenía baño compartido y no se si no me di cuenta o leí mal, y la verdad no me gustó. Además de encontrarme una suerte de bidet detrás de la puerta que no tenía conexión ni utilidad.
La atención de sus dueños! Muy atentos, además te dan explicaciones y recomendaciones para visitar!
La ubicación , la atención de la anfitriona, la habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia.

Very good location right in the city center of La Spezia (near the shopping streets, and the bus lines). Train station is about 15 minutes walk from there.
Very nice staff, who took time to explain me (even in French !) the different attractions in the city and around (the Cinque Terre), and a couple of tips ! Thanks for this. Very easy check-in and check-out.
The room was quite big for myself, clean. Honestly good, will be back there in the future.
A bit noisy as it is facing the street (and is located in city center), but wasn't a big problem for me.
Antonio es muy servicial, nos ha encantado conocerle. Muy dispuesto a aconsejarte. Por otro lado, la habitación estaba impecable y teníamos todo lo necesario. La ubicación era perfecta, muy cerca del pueblo y con todo a mano.
Location. Close to the harbour and in the centre of town. 10 minute walk to the station. Great host, really appreciated the tips for the local area and the help with the buses. The recommended walk from Biassa to Porto Venere was beautiful.
Sharing a bathroom, but it wasn't ever a problem. Didnt have to wait at all.

Nous avons fortement apprécié la localisation de la réservation ainsi que les bons conseils de l'hôte en nous informant des autres villages locaux à visiter autre que les 5 terres.
Dans le centre historique, à proximité de tout, 20-30 mn à pied de la gare.
Merci à Alice et Antonio les propriétaires, d'une extrême gentillesse et d'une grande générosité et pleins de petits conseils pour que l'on passe un super séjour. Grand merci à eux.
Problème d'insonorisation avec l'appartement voisin, qui ne fait pas partie de l'Albergo Teatro.
