Muy limpio, camas cómodas, hay ascensor. El desayuno fue sencillo pero suficiente y muy rico. El bus pasa a una cuadra, y te lleva hasta la isla. Zona muy tranquila y segura

Unpolite reception and an inside job

First of all i want to praise the nice lady serving the food,she was very nice and polite.

Cons:

Now that i adressed that i will inform you that my son forgot his glasses on the table while buying the venician masks.After we found out that he left them we called the reception wich told us they werent there and after they check the cctv footage they will call us back.After we didnt get the reply and we asked the ovner politely to take a look, he said his shift started at 3 and the colleague didnt mension anything and that he will take a look,he didnt say anithing.After we described to him that we were there from 14:10 to14:40 and to check the cctv they changed theyre mail and blocked us.Im very dissapointed becouse those glasses were a gift from his grandmother.Discrace.

Dirty hotel
Pros:

Pleasent and helpful reception personel. Close by to Venice, next to the bus stop to Venice.

Cons:

Dirty rooms, dirty sheets, extreamly dirty bathroom, dirty refrigerator, small parking. Very rude personel serving breakfast. The most dirty hotel I have ever been in my life. In surroundings of the hotel a lot of garbeges. Because hotel is close by to the main street of city is very noisy. Extreamly bad quality of service.

Für max. 2 Nächte ok
Pros:

Günstige Unterkunft für max. 2 Nächte, um Venedig zu erkunden. Man kommt super mit dem Bus für 1,50 € pro Strecke/Person nach Venedig. Personal war freundlich, mit Englisch konnte man sich etwas verständigen. Zimmer mit Kühlschrank war bei der Wärme sehr praktisch.
Der Empfang und Flur ist liebevoll mit venezianischen Masken dekoriert.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und es sind die Vorhänge zerrissen, der Überwurf vom Bett war total fleckig, hab ich sofort weggenommen, Bettwäsche war aber sauber und auch das Zimmer so war sauber.
Das Frühstück ist kein Frühstück, sondern lediglich ein Croissant, ein Kaffee, Cappuccino oder Tee. Auf Nachfrage gab es noch einen Saft dazu. Ich denke das sollte hier im Buchungsportal vom Anbieter auch vermerkt werden, das es sich nur um ein "kleines Frühstück " handelt. Vielleicht kann dort BOOKING nach justieren.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w obiekcie. Szczególnie dziękujemy za cenne wskazówki dotyczące dotarcia do Wenecji oraz zwiedzania tego miejsca. W obiekcie można kupić bilety na autobus do Wenecji oraz zabrać mapę Wenecji. Obiekt zgodny z opisem, pyszne śniadanie, parking. Szczególnie dziękujemy Panu z recepcji, który wszystko nam cierpliwie tłumaczył mimo barier językowych. Dziękujemy za magnez.
