Disappointing stay—poor maintenance and unprofessional staff behavior
Pros:

I recently stayed at Hotel Krystal for a few days and noticed the property feels quite dated. My room had several maintenance issues, including a leaky bathroom faucet and an air conditioning unit that struggled to cool the space.The breakfast area was consistently chaotic, with long lines and unreplenished food stations. Most concerning, however, was the unprofessional behavior of a staff member (a gentleman with a shaved head and a bandana). On two separate occasions during my stay, I witnessed him engaging in loud, argumentative confrontations with other guests in public areas.Between the lack of property upkeep and the stressful environment created by the staff, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Comodi ad un passo da Gardaland
Pros:

Struttura non recentissima. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione ottima e abbondante. La mia era una doppia dove siamo stati benissimo. Pur aggiungendo un lettino, lo spazio ridotto non è stato un problema.

Cons:

Nulla. Tutto è rientrato nelle aspettative del motivo per cui abbiamo scelto la struttura.

Consiglierei l'hotel a coloro che vogliono fare una vacanza sul lago di Garda.
Pros:

La colazione era molto varia ed il personale estremamente disponibile. L'hotel era in posizione utile per raggiungere la sede di lavoro e si poteva andare in centro a piedi. La camera ampia con possibilità di gestire autonomamente la climatizzazione.

Mi è stata assegnata una camera attrezzata per persone con disabilità senza che ciò mi fosse comunicato al momento della prenotazione. Ritengo che questo tipo di assegnazione dovrebbe essere segnalato così da permettere al cliente di scegliere consapevolmente la sistemazione più adatta alle proprie esigenze. Personalmente non ho gradito e non ritornerò mai più in questo hotel!

Cons:

The construction part-jack hammer banging would not let me sleep past 9am and one day we woke up not being able to Shower , brush our teeth or flush the toilet but that happened only one day due to Construction going on…. “Heads up” night before would have been nice so I could wake up earlier and wash up… No one Told us about any construction going on during our stay At the property either-heads up from booking or Hotel would be nice also-Construction itself wasn’t intrusive besides Noise late morning…

Pros:

Tutto. La grandezza della stanza, il bagno grande ,pulitissimo. Letti e cuscini stra comodi che ci ho dormito benissimo. C'è stato un concerto ma con le finestre chiuse non si è sentito nulla quindi anche la sonorizzazione così perfetta, tutto top! Il staff gentilissimo, la pulizia stanza al top, colazione buonissima!

Cons:

La pulizia. Mi dispiace dirlo ma soorattutto il bagno: polvere e pulizia quotidiana inconsistente. I controlli sulle pulizie delle camere andrebbero fatti.
