Clean, comfortable and close to transport links
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and 2 children in a quadruple room, which was very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. We used it as a base for exploring Venice, as the hotel is very close to the main train station. We enjoyed a continental breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Although some of the hotel looked a little tired it was very clean. In our room the shower head holder was loose, a minor point.

Pros:

O hotel está bem localizado, próximo à estação Venezia Mestre, com acesso fácil à ilha de Veneza (Santa Lucia), a apenas uma parada de trem. O quarto é espaçoso, conta com banheiro privativo e ainda há um banheiro adicional no corredor. O café da manhã é completo, com grande variedade de opções e bem servido.

Cons:

Não há elevador. Se for necessário, o Staff do hotel pode apoiar a subir as malas, mas não seria acessível para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.

Pros:

The hotel has a great location, within minutes to the train station. The staff was excellent, very polite and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is very old, so don’t expect the rooms will be up to date.
The neighborhood is not so safe. We saw a couple of times two groups of people consuming hard drugs and a syringe in the street. All of this around the block.
