die Gestaltung , das Design äußert geschmackvoll

Cons:

Restaurantpreise zu hoch für die dargebotene Qualität.
Dem Hotel fehlt die Seele.
Kaffee zum Frühstück war kalt. Bei diesem Frühstückspreis würde ich mir einen Obstsalat wünschen.
Das Personal müsste freundlicher zu den Gästen sein, wirkt desinteressiert.

Pros:

Superbe chambre, très spacieuse et d’une propreté irréprochable, avec une décoration raffinée et soignée. Un très bel endroit pour séjourner à Bolzano, confortable et plein de charme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour !

Pros:

El diseño del hotel, el edificio, los jardines, las habitaciones, el bar y el restaurante. La decoración está sumamente cuidada, formando un conjunto muy coherente y agradable para pasar tiempo ojeando unas revistas o leyendo un libro. El cuidado por los pequeños detalles constituye un valor añadido. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería.
El desayuno es muy bueno, por lo que lo recomiendo mucho, así como los dos restaurantes que están en el hotel.

Cons:

que nos pusieron en una habitación que se encuentra en un edificio anexo. Es un antiguo edificio, bastante bonito también, pero rompe un poco la coherencia del conjunto y sobretodo la comunicación con el edificio principal no es cómoda.
la comodidad de las camas no está a la altura del hotel y la ducha es algo reducida.
