Beautiful and comfortable. Great bar and courtyard.
Pros:

Comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast was very good. Lovely pool. Location is excellent.

My shower needed repairing.

De eerste nacht had men slechts een kleine kamer beschikbaar, zonder stoel of bureau. Deze kamer was slechts bereikbaar middels een steile hoge trap, en een donkere lift, en een doolhof aan vertrekken. De tweede nacht heeft men de bagage verhuisd naar een wat acceptabeler kamer

Wir fühlten uns sehr wihl und kommen gern wieder.
Pros:

Alles ist räumlich sehr grosszügig und charmant gestaltet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Bozen ist unschlagbar, mit dem Garten und dem Pool ist es eine kleine Oase.
Der Service war sehr gut, freundlich und unaufgeregt, und das Frühstück hatte alles, was ein gutes Frühstück haben sollte.

Lage im Zentrum natürlich sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer 117: die Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht und man schaut direkt in die Garage. Das ist entsprechend laut wenn Leute einsteigen und losfahren, ankommen und laut sind, die Abgase kommen direkt ins Zimmer bei offenem Fenster. Weiters holt um 5:00 ein fleißiger Mann die Schmutzwäsche und fährt mit den Gitterwagerln die Auffahrt hinauf, was auch um diese Uhrzeit wieder laut ist. Nach vorne schaut beim Hotel alles toll aus, aber das ist eine herbe Enttäuschung und deshalb sind wir weder happy, noch erholt.

Wirklich wunderschönes Hotel aber der Preis dafür ist einfach zu hoch.

Cons:

Der Poolbereich ist super klein, die Preise ordentlich hoch und trotz dem super Designs ist es dann doch nicht luxuriös genug.

Highly recommended
Pros:

From the moment we walked in we knew it was the place for us. Great staff..bfast and rooms. We used the bar which was indoor or outdoor and they had a band on one night. We enjoyed the pool with bar service.Just a short walk to main Piazza and also the Cable car.
