Nice hotel and location with very good breakfast, clean, quiet, air conditioned room.
Pros:

Location is very good, within walking distance to everything, bus station, laundromat, restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was very good in the nice restaurant rooms or the outside patio. The small pool area was very nice for an afternoon dip and a cocktail. Highlight of the trip was we took the bus from Bolzano to Ortesei (50 min) and took the Seceda cable car up and did the Seceda loop hike which was spectacular!!

Cons:

No coffee supplies in the room.

On a positive note, the pool area was beautiful and we really enjoyed spending time there.

Cons:

The hotel presents itself as part of the Small Luxury Hotels collection, but unfortunately, we did not feel that the experience matched this standard.

Overall, the hotel felt quite tired and dated. The corridors and the room looked like they had been renovated many years ago, and the corridors in particular had a very outdated atmosphere – at times it almost felt like walking through an old hospital rather than a luxury hotel.

Overall, we found the hotel overpriced for the quality and experience provided. For this price level, we expected a much higher standard, especially from a hotel that positions itself in the luxury category.

Traumhaft- jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Einzigartiges Parkhotel mit einer super zentralen Lage, dennoch sehr ruhig - absoluter Comfort und traumhaft schön! Ein MUSS, wenn man in Bozen ist!

Eher ein Hotel für junge Menschen, die sehr viel Geld dafür bezahlen wollen, hip zu wirken
Cons:

Das Frühstück ist für den Preis von sehr mittelmäßiger Qualität, Pfannekuchen haben ewig gedauert und kamen kalt an, das Frühstückspersonal war eher darum bemüht, hip auszuschauen, als Dienst zu machen. Und das Frühstück war nicht mal im hohen Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen

Het hotel ziet er zo mooi uit. Je kon er naar yoga. Ontbijt perfect, hotelkamer zeer ruim en prachtig. Hele lieve medewerkers. Topverblijf!

Retro luxury
Pros:

The place is very conveniently located in downtown Bolzano. The designers seemed to go for a "retro" luxury look, with traditional mechanical door keys (not cards), fancy-looking plumbing (like in a 1950s movie) etc. A nice electric kettle in the room, but unlike many North American hotels, no microwave (either in the room or in the lobby). A large room for bicycle storage, with a pump and some tools supplied, was a nice touch, and so was a little swimming pool in the yard.

There was a big gap between what was advertised (design hotel, premium 4-star) and the actual condition of the rooms. We found a cockroach in one of the rooms, the plaster on the walls was cracked and peeling in places, one room had no bathroom door, and the floors were very worn out. The corridors looked like an old abandoned school rather than a hotel. The photos on the listing look far better than the property in reality. When we raised this at reception, we were told everything matches the photos, which was not true.

Für ein bis zwei Übernachtungen sehr gut
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar…. Mitten im Ortskern! Wunderschöne alte Villa mit schönem Garten. Parkmöglichkeiten im dahinterliegendem Parkhaus.

Cons:

Es war an einigen Ecken etwas „abgenutzt“ und das Service Personal im Frühstücksbereich war genervt und etwas unfreundlich. Die Rezeption war sehr nett! Der Pool war sehr klein (auf den Fotos wirkt er größer) mit Dauer Arschbomben Alarm und trüb und es gab zu keiner Zeit eine freie Liege.

Sehr schönes Hotel zentral gelegen in Bozen
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage mitten in Bozen, sehr schöne Anlage mit Garten, Terrasse und Pool. Sehr aufmerksames und nettes Personal. Großes ausgiebiges Frühstück. Fahrradraum auch zum Laden von E Bikes.

Cons:

Frühstück mit 28 € am oberen Ende der Preisskala, aber große Auswahl.

Cons:

Bikes stolen inside their 'secured parking garage', they offered no help whatsoever, wouldn't translate on the phone, did absolutely nothing for us. At the end of the stay, they wanted to charge us 200 euros for the stay while i already paid all of it in advance. They didn't believe me (even when i showed the payment details of my banking app), only after 5 minutes of clicking they said everything was settled, not even a single sorry. I expected better for this price. Would NOT recommend.
