Wonderful hotel, a bit more focus on guest experience would have been appreciated

Pool area and interiors amazing!

Cons:

Asked two nights in a row for extra blanket and pillows- never got them or a response. No way to contact reception form room. Never offered eggs or coffee one morning at breakfast- apparently they were “really busy”.

Pros:

Nice location and staff.

Cons:

We booked a suite for 3 but the 3rd bed hadn’t been made up. It took multiple trips by the gentleman at the desk to finally get enough bedding so we could sleep in the second bed. Breakfast bar was good but service staff was a bit overwhelmed and we eventually left without receiving the omelettes that we ordered. We’ve previously stayed here numerous times and will probably stay again. The special event they were hosting seemed to have the staff stretched to their limit which affected overall service.

E' sempre un piacere ritornarvi
Pros:

E' un'ottima struttura centralissima, con bar ristorante e piscina. Le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose e silenziose.

Cons:

spesso nelle singole, anche prenotate con largo anticipo, manca il bidet, importante per una donna.

Very well decorated hotel and well located
Pros:

Very impressive , and the facilities and breakfast was great. One comment, I think it was nice if one Yoga class was included per date of stay and not charging 20 EURO per lesson

Bolzano for en by og for et hotell. En skjult perle. Helt fanatisk
Pros:

At dette stedet ikke er 5 stjerners glr ingen mening. For et flott hotell. Må være en av de beste jeg har bodd på. Alt er gjennomført. Kommer garantert igjen, da enda en natt.
