Das PErsonal und die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Grandios fand ich eine sehr schöne Geste: Das Hotel hat die Frontscheibe meines Autos gereinigt. Einfach so und ohne Geld dafür zu verlangen. Dies spiegelt die Kundenfreundlichkeit des Hotels wieder. Immer wieder gerne. Vielen Dank

Uns hat es nicht direkt betroffen, da die Außentemperaturen nicht sehr hoch waren, aber im Sommer würde ich eine Klimaanlage vermissen. Im Dritten Stock gibt es anscheinend welche

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr schönes Restaurant. Rooftop Bar mit einem außergewöhnlichen Ambiente. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum.Das Personal und der Service war sehr gut.
Das Hotel ist ideal wenn man wie wir mit Hund reist. Genügend Pipi und Auslauf Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe

Cons:

Mini Bar könnte ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein und etwas mehr Informationen über mögliche Wellness Behandlungen. Aber sonst war alles mehr als Perfekt

Der Aufenthalt war einzigartig und wir werden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit Stil und Charme. Sehr aufmerksames Personal, das auf alle Wünsche eingegangen ist. Außenpool mit Gegenstromanlage, Hallenbad mit Whirlpool und Saunabereich sind ideal zum Entspannen. Highlight ist der Rosengarten am Rooftop.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und hübsch. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Blick in die Berge.

Das Frühstück war perfekt. Alle Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr hübsch eingerichtet.
