Schöne Zeit zu zweit
Pros:

Top Unterkunft: Hier bekommt man etwas für sein Geld. Parkplatz inbegriffen, Bett bequem, Personal sehr freundlich, Pool beheizt (Juni), Unterstützung bei Ausflugtipps.
Die Fahrradmiete (45€ p.P.) war uns zu teuer.
Das Restaurant war gut und der Preis passte. Die jeweilige Weinempfehlung vom Profi war super!
Bus vor der Tür und mit der Meran App gut unterwegs.

Prachtig hotel maar niet altijd even gastvriendelijk

Prachtig hotel en schitterende omgeving. Restaurant is ook aan te bevelen

Cons:

In deze prijsklasse hadden wij het fijn gevonden om koffie en thee op de kamer te kunnen zetten. Ook is er geen gym.
Wat ook een smetje was op onze vakantie was de onprettige behandeling tijdens het uitchecken. De man die ons hielp was niet erg behulpzaam en grof.
De dame bij het ontbijt was duidelijk veel geschikter voor het vak.

Pros:

Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend, die Lage ist Perfekt für Ausflüge auf den Berg oder auch zum Bummeln in Meran.
Die Massage war grossartig!
Das Essen war sehr lecker, das Früstücksbuffet gross und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Ich habe einen grösseren Wellnessbereich erwartet, es gab nur 2 Sauna. Leider keinen Whirlpool und kein Dampfbad.

Pros:

Wunderschön eingebettet in die Landwirtschaftsplantagen mit herrlichem Blick auf Meran und die Bergwelt. Sehr schönes Hotelinterieur.

Cons:

Nicht immer gastorientiertes Dienstleistungsverständnis:
- SPA-Annehmlichkeiten verschwinden bereits 30 Minuten vor Ende der Öffnungszeit
- Küche schliesst vor Dessert-Gang
- ausgeliehenes Fahrrad musste selbst beim Verleih zur Reparatur gebracht werden
