Insgesamt schönes Gast-Erlebnis, das mit wenig mehr Kundenfokus perfekt hätte sein können.
Pros:

Wunderschön eingebettet in die Landwirtschaftsplantagen mit herrlichem Blick auf Meran und die Bergwelt. Sehr schönes Hotelinterieur.

Cons:

Nicht immer gastorientiertes Dienstleistungsverständnis:
- SPA-Annehmlichkeiten verschwinden bereits 30 Minuten vor Ende der Öffnungszeit
- Küche schliesst vor Dessert-Gang
- ausgeliehenes Fahrrad musste selbst beim Verleih zur Reparatur gebracht werden

Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, das allerdings nicht immer deutsch oder italienisch verstand. Manchmal kam man nur mit englisch weiter. Schöne Zimmer mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten, v.a. das Gartenzimmer fand ich schön.

Cons:

Tolles Frühstück, allerdings geht es etwas eng zu, da das Buffet in einem langen Gang aufgebaut ist.
