Extremely disappointing check-in experience due to an unhelpful staff member

Cons:

The receptionist’s attitude was very disappointing. We were on a layover during our flight from Chicago to Venice and asked whether it would be possible to check in a couple of hours early, as our 4-year-old was tired and feeling a bit unwell. She simply replied, “No, it’s not possible. Our rooms are ready at 2 p.m.”
I understand that the room may not have been ready, and I was not expecting the impossible. However, there was no sign of empathy, interest, or even a basic attempt to be understanding. Receptionists are the first point of contact for guests, and part of their role is to make people feel welcomed, even when they cannot accommodate a request.
Unfortunately, in this case, she did not seem to care about our situation at all or even about appearing sorry. Overall, it was a very poor check-in experience.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Mitte der Stadt unmittelbar in der Nähe des Bahnhofes ist super. Das Frühstück ist prima. Das Zimmer war der Buchung entsprechend gut, das Bad war ebenfalls in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas Geräuch empfindlich. Neben dem Zimmer war der Aufenthaltsbereich.

La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

El personal no es bueno. Tomar en cuenta que no tiene ascensor y que solo tiene gradas y si uno lleva una maleta grande, es muy difícil moverse en el hotel.
