Pros:

The bathroom is very good. The bed is comfy. The cleaning is spotless. The staff is very friendly and ready to help at moments notice.

Cons:

Having a fridge and kettle would make the stay perfect

Die Matratze ist super gewesen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist prima.

Falls eine Klimaanlage gab haben wir diese nicht gefunden. Der Föhn ist etwas schwach, die Dusche etwas rutschig.

Für eine Nacht völlig okay.
Modern und sehr sauber.
Liegt zentral, 15 Min zu Fuß ins Zentrum.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Frühstück etwas mager, aber ausreichend.

It was made pleasant by the staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the location was good for access to the tram or tube network. The staff was very polite and extremely helpful; the room we had was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The immediate surrounding area was dirty and a bit risky, especially later in the day. Our room had no mini-bar or tea/coffee-making facilities.

Lovely hotel with great staff
Pros:

Lovely modern hotel with fantastic staff. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the Grand Place and other central attractions. Beds very comfy, blackout curtains worked really well. Quiet meaning we got a good nights sleep, we were facing onto the courtyard and couldn’t hear any noises. Really good value for money for a modern hotel in a capital city. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The immediate neighbourhood was very unkempt, especially when walking in from the Midi station. Absolutely not the fault of the hotel but can be off putting as a first impression.
