Le personnel top! Très serviable et sympa!
Literie en ordre chambre était nettoyée mais ça puait la cigarette, les lits était confortable et il y avait tout ce dont on a besoin!

Cons:

L'odeur dans la chambre la douche défectueuse et sèche cheveux cassé également, fenêtre difficile à ouvrir

Stanza molto silenziosa

Cons:

Stanza sporca, cuscini terribilmente scomodi, colazione basica senza grande qualità e senza segnalazione ingredienti, prenotazione di un taxi non richiesto che ci abbiamo dovuto pagare x la chiamata!

La cortesia dello staff e la colazione buona e con varietà di prodotti

Cons:

Sicuramente la pulizia è da migliorare, in camera abbiamo trovato un po' di polvere e capelli nel letto e in bagno. Mobili scrostati, sicuramente da cambiare. Insonorizzazione pessima, si sentiva tutto dalle camere accanto alla nostra e nel corridoio.

Bruxelles - farmec, ciocolată și aventură
Pros:

Hotel ok, amplasat relativ aproape de stațiile mijloacelor de transport (cam 10 minute de mers pe jos, aproximativ 1 km) care te duceau în centru și la gară.
Cameră suficient de mare, curată, dar fără aer condiționat (fiind septembrie, nici nu a fost cazul) și fără balcon.
Zilnic s-a făcut curat și au fost schimbate prosoapele.
Personal prietenos și zâmbitor.
În baie am găsit tot ce aveam nevoie.
Mic dejun bun, deși au fost cam aceleași feluri în fiecare zi.

Cons:

Nu exită (sau nu l-am descoperit noi), în apropierea hoteluui, nici un magazin de unde sî poți cumpra o apă sau un suc.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was excellent Everything was very fresh and there was plenty of it. Coffee machine was good. Beds were very comfortable, nice size room.
Nice toiletries.
