L'accueil ainsi que la.garderie free des bagages avant le check-In. Localisation parfaite non loin de métro et des centres commercials.
Rien à signaler car je n'ai passé qu'1 nuit.
I liked the location
The staff was really nice
They were charging me extra for every little thing, like slippers in the room or baby cot
Also the hair dryer in the room wasn't working
The staff was very welcoming and always ready to help with any issue. Everyone spoke both English and French, which made communication very easy. The building had an elevator, and the room was equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, and a comfortable bed. The location was good—not in the city center, but close enough to a subway station, making it easy to get around. I had breakfast there one day, and there was a good variety of options. They also offered complimentary luggage storage, which was very secure and extremely convenient.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel.
The only issue for me was the lighting in that room. I wanted to work, but the environment wasn’t very pleasant because the illumination felt a bit dim and uneven. It made it harder to stay focused for long periods, even though everything else about the space was perfectly fine. Other than that, I don’t have anything else to mention regarding things I didn’t like. Thank you.
The staff is amazing - i literally can't express it with words!
The only thing I did not like about the place is that there is no AC in the rooms or at least there was not in my room, maybe there is in the others.

Location and garden are super
Unfortunately, I found some leftover food in the fridge that had been left by the previous guests. Other than that, the room was clean and everything else was well taken care of.
