Our stay was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, so although we had booked a cheaper room, we received a much larger and more comfortable one. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally soft, and I was genuinely impressed by how comfortable it was. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. They spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. Overall, the service was outstanding, and we had a wonderful experience.
The only minor issue was the noise from the street during the evening, although it stopped before bedtime and did not affect our sleep. Also, due to the general situation in Belgium regarding homelessness and safety concerns, I occasionally felt a bit uneasy when outside the hotel. However, this is not a criticism of the property itself. In fact, the hotel is located in one of the calmer and more normal areas of the city, and there are many neighborhoods with much worse conditions in that regard. Compared to other parts of the city, this area felt relatively safe and comfortable. Inside the hotel, I always felt completely secure, and the staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.
I would gladly stay here again.

La qualité de la literie, en l'occurrence le lit double dont le sommier nous fait pencher au milieu.
J'étais dans l'annexe et ma chambre donnait sur la cage d'escalier. A 2h du matin, un couple est rentré alcoolisé et est resté près d'une demi-heure a parler dans la cage d'escalier malgré mes protestations. La porte est très mal insonorisée
Velmi vkusně zařízený pokoj, velmi hezký a čistý a prostorný. Vhodný i pro rodiny s více dětmi. Milá slečna na recepci, možnost snídaně.
Byl nějaký problém s elektřinou na pokoji.
Śniadania raczej skromne, ale wystarczające. Lokalizacja wyśmienita, dodatkowo bar czynny przy recepcji.
Bardzo mało miejsca w pokoju, ciasna kabina prysznicowa ok. 70 cm x 70 cm. Najgorsze jest to, że od 21:30 do 23:00 nie ma ciepłej wody w łazience – trzeba się kąpać rano, przed 8:00, bo potem znów woda jest zimna!

De kamer is wat gehorig, buren en straat lawaai. De badkamer is wat krap en mist haakjes om kleding of handdoek op te hangen. Het ontbijt viel tegen, beetje karig, de aanvulling is minimaal, dus kom op tijd. De totaal prijs is wat aan de hoge kant.

The towels were quite thin but we have noticed this throughout Europe. No complaints.
