Dobry hotel dla zmotoryzowanych lub lubiących jazdę tramwajem
Pros:

Hotel położony trochę dalej od centrum ale jest bezpośredni dojazd tramwajem 92 do ruchliwego placu Luiza z metrem i dalej tramwajem do Placu, Pałacu, Parku Królewskiego i Dzielnicy Muzeów. Pokój hotelowy duży, z dużym wygodnym łóżkiem, łazienka duża, czysto, czajnik elektryczny i zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty. Dwie butelki wody na cały pobyt, byliśmy 3 noce. Śniadania dobre i urozmaicone, a pani będąca każdego dnia przy obsłudze szalenie, miła grzeczna i troskliwa. . Korzystaliśmy z kolacji, chyba to rzadkość bo obsługa restauracji musiała pytać menadżera i recepcję czy rzeczywiście mamy opłaconą kolację. W jeden dzień pan nie bardzo rozumiał co mówię po angielsku bo na koniec kolacji wręczył mi rachunek. Nie zapłaciłem to dopisano mi go do pokoju. Przy wymeldowaniu recepcjonista poinformował mnie że mamy nie zapłacony rachunek za kolację. Znowu musiałem tłumaczyć i dopiero pani menadżer wyjaśniła ten błąd i usunęła obciążenie z naszego pokoju.

In the staff Alisa was very helpful. Rached was not helpful at all.

It was very hot , the hotel refused to start air conditioning. One could not open the window properly as we were three people. The open window would hurt the person on the head. We spent 3 uncomfortable nights in hotel Catalonia.
