Limpieza deficiente y la habitación huele mal por la moqueta . El ascensor no ha funcionado, desde el primer día nos dijeron que lo arreglarían al día siguiente , pero se ve que es algo que le dicen a todos los huéspedes.

Tudo péssimo. Não havia limpeza, não funcionava o elevador. Funcionários arrogante. Bichos no quatro, sanita por limpar. Tudo horrível.

La qualité du personnel qui est très sympathique et serviable, à l'écoute des clients et qui prend soin d'eux, sans faillir.
La chambre n'était pas dans l'état de propreté espéré... Peinture au mur pleine de traces, radiateur dans la salle de bain rouillé, wc sale...
Un car remplit de turques qui ont fait n'importe quoi et qui ont littéralement retournées la salle de petit-déjeuner et le petit déjeuner en lui même sans aucun respect.

Il n'y avait pas de fer à repasser dans l'hôtel.
