Baja calidad para el precio
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación, la ubicación, disponibilidad de café, agua siempre en la recepción.

Cons:

Aunque las habitaciones son amplias, están muy descuidadas, les falta mantenimiento.
El aire acondicionado no funcionó y no lo arreglaron. La ducha se salía el agua y el último día se inundó el baño y no nos dieron solución.

PEDIMOS UNA HABITACIÓN PARA TRES PERSONAS Y SU TAMAÑO ERA EL DE PRÁCTICAMENTE DOS HABITACIONES. UN TELEVISOR EN CADA SECTOR.
CAMAS MUY CÓMODAS.
LAS RECEPCIONISTAS HABLABAN ESPAÑOL, ALGO QUE AYUDA A LA HORA DE COMUNICARTE FLUIDAMENTE.

AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO PODÍA REGULARSE DESDE LA HABITACIÓN, LO HACEN DESDE LA CENTRAL DEL HOTEL. ME HUBIESE GUSTADO, DEBIDO AL CALOR EN EL EXTERIOR PODER BAJAR UNOS GRADOS SU TEMPERATURA.

Pros:

The staff is friendly. La mayoría habla español. I was sick and they contacted a great doctor for me. They even granted me a late check out to wait for me to recover. I booked another night just to be sure but I did not need it so they refunded that extra night. Besides it is a great location next to Central Station, restaurants and cathedral etc

İdeal konumda konaklama
Pros:

Konumu mükemmel, hem central istasyonuna çok yakın hem de yürüyerek turistik tüm noktalara ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Oda konforlu ve temizdi, büyüklüğü de idealdi.

Cons:

Klima soğutmada yetersizdi, o yüzden odaya vantilatör koymuşlardı ama havanın çok sıcak olduğu dönemde etkisiz kalabilir. Özellikle oda meydana bakıyorsa öğleden sonra tamamen güneş alıyor oda ve ısınıyor.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The beds were pretty comfortable and the in room espresso machine was great. We appreciated the noon checkout time as well.

Great Location and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff were very helpful from suggestions about what to see in the area to getting us a doctor. The location is off a busy fun square and right next to the big market square. Easy and walkable to major site. Breakfast was very nice. The room itself was comparable to US hotels, not giant, but room to move around in with an extra chair and places to put 2 rollaboards. Bathroom was good sized. Refrigerator and AC. Really nice Green program to earn free drinks each day you don't have room service.

Cons:

Shower is in the tub . The bottom of the tub is short so when you step out, you go down further to the floor than the tub bottom so keep you balance. Also it can be slippery so I would suggest a rubber mat or we just put an extra towel on the tub floor.
