Pros:

Herşeyiyle harika bir oteldi. 3 kişilik aile olarak kaldık. Odamız temiz, büyük ve konforluydu. Sanırım oteldeki tek balkonlu oda bizimdi. Klima harika çalışıyordu. 2 gece kaldık, odamız temizlendi, havlular değiştirildi. Kahvaltısı da harikaydı. Personel çok saygılı ve yardımseverdi. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi, her konuda çok yardımcı oldu, bize Prag’ı gezmemiz için harita verdi ve kısaca bir plan bile yaptı. Çok memnun kaldık.Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

BERBAT BİR OTEL VE HAYAL KIRIKLIĞI...

Sevilecek hiçbir şeyi yok bu otelin.

Cons:

BERBAT BİR OTEL... Tamamen hayal kırıklığı. Ortaçağ'dan kalmış ve hiçbir yatırım yapılmamış. Odaya girer içimiz karardı. Odada zemin çok eski bir halıfleks ile kaplıydı ve oda KÜF kokuyordu.Otel çok eski. Odada yürürken yerdeki tahtaların gıcırtısından biz de kızımda defalarca uyandık. Klima merkezi değildi ve çok eskiydi. Açınca kötü kokular geliyordu ve sıcaklık ayarı yapılamıyor, odayı ya aşırı sıcak ya da aşırı soğuk yapıyordu. Mobilyalar çok eski, çizik ve eziklerle doluydu ve çok kasvetliydi. Gardrop kapısı bozuk olduğu için kilitlenmiyordu ve bu yüzden kızım elini kıstırdı. Rezervasyon yaptırırken çift kişilik büyük yatak seçtik fakat 2 adet tek kişilik yatak birleştirilmişti. 2 yatak arasında gece 8-10 cm boşluk oluyordu ve 3 yaşındaki bebeğim aramızda rahat uyuyamadı bu yüzden. Temizlik de berbattı. Yerdeki eski ve iğrenç halıfleksten temizlik yapılsa da göstermez zaten. Odaya girince banyo-wc'den iğrendik ve kendimiz temizledik içini ve dışını. Rezervuar düğmesi bile hiç temizlenmemiş gibiydi. Otelin lobisinde havalandırma yok ve ayaklı yer vantilatörüyle serinletiliyprdu. Kahvaltı ise çok zayıftı. Özellikle de domuz eti tüketmeyenlet için ise vasatın çok çok altındaydı. İşin en ilginç yanı ise bu kadar kötü bir tesiste girişte depozito için zorla kredi kartı istenmesiydi. Kabul etmeyince sorun çıkardılar. Rezervasyonu ve ödemeyi önceden yaptırdığım için depozito olarak 100 EURO bırakmak zorunda kaldım. Rezervasyon yaptırırken vergiler ve ücretler dahil yazmasına rağmen vergi olarak zorla 18 EURO ÖDEME ALDILAR....
