Pros:

Very good restaurant "Terrace". Lovely park nearby, which is very convenient for taking the dog for a walk. The metro is close, and it takes about 15–20 minutes to get to the city center.

Cons:

The hotel charge was automatically taken through Booking.com. When we checked in, we agreed that we would pay for the parking and the dog fee when checking out.

The next day, we suddenly couldn’t get into our room because the door had been blocked. I went down to reception to find out what was going on. It turned out that we owed €70 for dogs and parking.

We were tired and had dogs with us who were thirsty, and we had to wait another 30 minutes just to get back into our room.

I believe there are much more civilized and modern ways to communicate with guests about an outstanding payment — through Booking.com, by SMS, or even simply by leaving a note in the room.

How did the staff even expect us to leave without paying for the parking when our car was parked there and we couldn’t even take it out without paying? Maybe the hotel should start taking guests’ passports during their stay, like they used to do in Soviet times? Just for sure.

Very disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Za tu cenu to bylo velice hezké ubytování. Asi vše co člověk na jednu nebo dvě noci potřebuje, v hotelu se dá cokoliv dokoupit a snídaně byly bohaté výběrem i chutí.

Ogólnie pobyt udany, choć przy tej cenie można byłoby oczekiwać kilku dodatkowych udogodnień
Pros:

Na plus przede wszystkim cisza i spokój. Pokój był czysty i zadbany, a śniadanie urozmaicone, świeże i bardzo smaczne. Lokalizacja również na plus – obiekt położony jest na uboczu, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć.

Cons:

Jeśli chodzi o minusy, wieczorem parking był już pełny, więc musieliśmy skorzystać z płatnego parkingu – 100 koron za noc. Sam obiekt i wyposażenie są trochę w stylu lat 80., ale było czysto i ogólnie w porządku. Przy tej cenie brakuje mi jednak w pokoju czajnika oraz kawy i herbaty. Są dostępne w holu, ale miło byłoby móc po przebudzeniu zrobić sobie kawę lub herbatę jeszcze przed wyjściem na śniadanie.

Pros:

Nice hotel. Amazing staff. Very beautiful building. Cozy room with balcony. All is clean and tidy. Very spacious room with all commodities.

Cons:

No hot water because of heating network accident. No independent heat network in hotel.
During the absence of hot water I asked for the iron to iron my clothes. Needed to leave the deposit. It's first time in hotel I was asked for deposit for borrowing iron. Breakfast was not so great for my taste. If you want something healthy and light you only choose between fresh fruits and granola with yoghurt(which is full of sugar and not so healthy btw)

Unterkunft mit schöner Lage unweit vom Zentrum von Prag
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse! Direkt an einem Wald gelegen, ideal für uns mit Hund. Mit der U-Bahn ist man schnell im Zentrum von Prag. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und lecker. Sehr toll ist auch das Restaurant welches am Hotel ist. Sehr gutes Essen zu einem super Preis.
