Pros:

The staff was absolutely brilliant and helpful, very nice each one of them, they helped with information how to get to the city, where to get tickets, as we left the hotel the staff even helped to get out of the parking garage safely. The hotel is very very clean. Breakfast was good too. Well done everyone.

Liked my stay, will return.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, location is perfect, the tram stop is just in front of the hotel, room was very cozy and clean, had needed facilities. Breakfast was okay. The reception woman was super nice. Overall liked my stay a lot. Thank you!

Cons:

Would probably need a shampoo in the room, cuz there was an unknown liquid that was for body and hair which I was skeptical about. Would love the checkin to be at 11 instead of 10.

Hotel je na dobrém místě, přímo u zastávky tramvaje (což může být rušivé v letních měsících, kdy jsou otevřená okna, nicméně na pokoji je klimatizace, takže větrání oknem není nezbytné), vybavení "obyčejné", na pokoji lednička, mikrovlnka, rychlovarná konvice, skleničky a hrnky (chybí příbor, talíř, případně základní čaj a káva, ale v blízkosti jsou večerky, takže není problém si koupit), úklid v pořádku, snídaně dostačující. Personál byl velmi vstřícný a příjemný,

Pros:

Pobyt v hotelu byl v rámci služební cesty. Vyhovovala mi dostupnost MHD a vlakového nádraží. Poskytované služby jsou dostačující, čistota i snídaně byly adekvátní v této cenové hladině.

Zeer goed hotel gelegen op korte afstand van de oude stad.
Pros:

Ontbijtbuffet is gevarieerd, veel keuze. Kamer was zeer netjes. Personeel kwam dagelijks de kamer onderhouden, het bed opmaken. Het bed was comfortabel .
