Remote location, poor key security, and payment taken before the free cancellation deadline
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, and the surroundings were peaceful. The hotel seems to be family-run, and the staff were kind and helpful when a fuse tripped, promptly resolving the issue.

Cons:

The hotel feels remote and far from the action. Reaching a grocery store or somewhere to eat requires a long walk or a bus ride.

I was particularly concerned about security. Guests are required to leave their room keys at reception, but with different staff working at different times, keys were handed over simply by giving a room number, without verifying the guest’s identity. On one occasion, I returned from my conference to find my room door unlocked. This made me uncomfortable leaving valuables in the room. Using the in-room safe also costs €2 per day, which I have never encountered before.

The hotel also does not allow someone else to use your booking if you are unable to travel.

The room itself was in the attic, with a low, sloping ceiling and very limited headroom. You have to watch your head when moving around. The shower head was only about five feet above the floor, making it awkward for taller guests.

I was charged a 2 days before the free cancellation date.

Расположение отеля, недалеко от международного автовокзала и от остановок в центр

Cons:

За такие деньги нет элементарно - чайника, воду для чая кипятили в кастрюле ! Нет разовых гигиенических принадлежностей. Полы холодные- плитка, тапочек - нет. Не было чая,кофе, бесплатной воды! Но !!!В холодильнике - типа бар,за дополнительные деньги( прайс отсутствует). При выделении не хотели выпускать, проверяли состояние бара,требовали оплату за воду,к которой мы даже не прикасались , по факту - вымогали дополнительно и необоснованно деньги! СЧИТЕМ - Категорически такое недопустимо !

Pros:

The breakfast was very good and location is little bit outside downtown but there's a plenty of parking lots outside the building which is very convenient，staffs are very helpful and patient. Its been a pleasant trip. Very recommended if you are traveling by car or renting a car.

Cons:

I really hope there's an elevator, but it's kind of a old house renovated, so there's no elevator inside. I have to carry luggage upstairs. A little bit piece of advice, Can we leave a small lamp light on at the front desk during the night so it won't have to be, like I have to enter the dark room that has a pale green light in the front and the mirror right after I entered and the hall was dark, I felt exciting, but it was kind of scary maybe to to girls.
