Excellent location for a concert in the Aviva. 15 min walk. clean, comfortablr room, with on-street car parking right outside. helpful staff. Will stay here again if I have an event in this side of Dublin. The room was small but had everything we needed.
A fan would have been good - the weather was very hot when we were there and the room was stuffy - although thankfully it had a patio door that we were able to keep open at night.

Breakfast was good but as we didnt nclude it in our room rate, we were asked to give advance notice day before, if wanting it.
They were very accommodating in supplying an extra roll out bed for one of the rooms (we had two). One was a designated triple with jack and Jill bathroom that was perfect. The bed in the other room was too small for an adult and teenager, hence the rollout which made it very tight. But we made it work and the staff were great about it. Gave us a fan also, much needed during Ireland's heatwave.
There are few places that have A/C in Ireland.
Room cleaner did not swap out the cups and spoons I used. They may have been rinsed in bathroom sink but there was tea still on then. That was not good.
The parking at the hotel is almost impossible. They did warn me but I didn't expect it to be SO tight. Once in the spot didn't want to move it, when I had to use the car I didn't put it back in the car park. Used street parking thereafter which worked OK. My stress levels were worth the cost of the street parking.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nice size rooms. Great location on baggot street. A very nice Irish breakfast. Would definitely return.
Location is amazing, I was attending an event at Aviva and this is perfect for that. Parking is very tight to get into but handy to have the car right there - do not try to get a big car into the yard - which they do tell you in fairness.
There are a lot of staff but it all seems very disjointed, there are issues mentioned in previous reviews about noise from other rooms, dated decor etc so no surprises there but the breakfast is very weird.
I asked for a cooked breakfast to be told I hadn't ordered one therefore it was eggs and toast or continental only. I highlighted that I had not been asked the previous day for a breakfast order and was told if I wanted cooked breakfast it would be 15 minutes or so. That means they buy in enough bacon and sausages for those that order only? very weird.
This is the sort of thing you expect from a budget facility but I spent €685 for 2 nights, to expect a cooked breakfast for that kind of money is not excessive in my view.
