L'hotel ha molto potenziale, ma richiede ristrutturazione per rendere la struttura più confortevole
Pros:

La posizione è ottima. Della colazione non ho usufruito perché iniziava dalle ore 8 e io dovevo uscire prima. Però a pochi passi ci sono diversi bar.

Cons:

L'hotel è in una vecchia villa, molto bella, però purtroppo non manutenuta a dovere. Per esempio le finestre non chiudono, quindi anche il caldo entrava molto intenso. Il condizionatore era di quelli portatili (tipo Pinguino) e non era sufficiente a rendere confortevole la stanza. Inoltre era molto rumoroso e appena spento il caldo diventava presto soffocante. Ho passato quasi tutte le notti insonni a causa del caldo.

Ci hanno mandato in un'appartamento vicino perché nelle camere si era rotto il condizionatore. Quindi hanno trovato un'alternativa apprezzabile.
Posizione molto vicino al centro a piedi

Cons:

Struttura fatiscente da restaurare. Vicino alla reception tutto da rifare. Le camere non lo so perchè eravamo in appartamento.
Eravamo al piano terra e si sentiva un bordello allucinante la sera.

Pros:

La gentilezza, la cordialità e la disponibilità dell staff, la posizione veramente strategica vicinissimo alle scale mobili che conducono al centro storico, il parcheggio molto comodo e poi la bellezza dello stile esterno ed interno della struttura, aggiunta alla splendida terrazza nella quale si può fare xolazione o godersi il fresco di sera.

Pros:

The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to make things easy for me. They allowed me to park my motorcycle near to my room at a back entrance making it easy for me to unload and pack up when I left. I chose this hotel to be near the Studio Moretti Caselli stained glass museum. It's just a 5 minute walk away. Soooo worth a visit, an unknown gem in Perugia. It was only a 5 minute walk to get to the stairs and escalators leading to the heart of the city. Location seemed quieter than the busy center. And after a quick stop at a grocery store the large terrace proved a perfect place to casually enjoy the food and wine I had purchased.

Cons:

The hotel is quite dated but the rates reflect this. It was an affordable, logistically perfect option for me and the kindness and caring of the staff were outstanding. The electrics in my room switched off a few times, I think overloaded by the portable A/C unit running in the room. Fortunately it kept running through the night.

Mooi, historisch gebouw, ligging uitstekend, vlak bij busstation en roltrappen naar centrum, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt sober, maar ok.
