Visto il costo non eccessivo e la posizione comoda per i centro, qualche piccolo neo si ci sta.
Pros:

La posizione ottima per andare in centro e la possibilità di parcheggiare.

Cons:

Curerei un pò di più la manutenzione degli infissi, interni ed esterni. Le ore di riscaldamento acceso sono poche. La notte è freddo.

Great introduction to Perugia, kind hosts and refreshingly uncorporate atmosphere
Pros:

Very friendly staff (family run hotel) who were helpful both before and during our stay. Ideal location for airport bus and access to old town. Characterful decor and an interesting history.

Cons:

Slightly hard to find and tricky access till you know how. Could do with clearer sign outside.

Un grand plus pour cet hôtel
Pros:

L’Hôtel IRIS est un joli hôtel de style ancien avec des chambres spacieuses et une bonne literie a proximité du centre et une belle terrasse permettant une vue sur le centre historique se trouvant à quelque pas.
Pour les personnes se déplaçant avec les transports en commun l'hôtel se situe a moins de 100 m du terminal de bus
Le personnel aimable et à l'écoute de la clientèle
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel très bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

L'espace dédié au déjeuner en sous sol est un peu sous dimensionnée et l'escalier en colimaçon permettant d'y accéder peut être une difficulté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite

Excellent accueil, chambre spacieuse et propre, très proche du centre-ville et facilement accessible depuis la gare grâce au mini-metro ! Possibilité de prendre un petit dej 'light' à moindre coût, très pratique!

J'ai apprécié le charme de cet hôtel un peu désuet, et en même temps salle de bain rénovée et impeccable et personnel très à l'écoute. Très bien situé, très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

On entend un peu les chambres d'à côté, heureusement les clients étaient calmes.
