A Família Signa, que se revezava na portaria, muito solicita e simpática. O hotel, embora um tanto 'velho', muito bem localizado, com tudo funcionando de acordo.

Great reception and customer care.
Pros:

The staff: our room had a problem of flooding; they alerted us and relocated us to a nearby hotel where we were hosted in an excellent room and they offered us dinner as a gesture to apologise for the inconvenience. I also liked very much their approach to meals: they accommodate people at long tables shared with other hotel guest and this is very nice. The food was great.
