Great reception and customer care.
Pros:

The staff: our room had a problem of flooding; they alerted us and relocated us to a nearby hotel where we were hosted in an excellent room and they offered us dinner as a gesture to apologise for the inconvenience. I also liked very much their approach to meals: they accommodate people at long tables shared with other hotel guest and this is very nice. The food was great.

Pros:

A beautiful old fashioned style hotel slightly off the tourist spots, so quiet and charming. Staff on hand at all times. Really enjoyed and thoroughly recommend!

Cons:

Nothing. Possibly a fridge in the room but we didn't really need it.

Pros:

Staff cordialissimo e posizione centrale. La nostra camera aveva una bellissima terrazzina con vista in lontananza.

Cons:

Struttura datata in alcuni aspetti, ma niente di impossibile (c’è anche ascensore).
