Tout était parfait, la beauté de l’hôtel, des chambres, la qualité de la literie, le personnel très accueillant et un très bon petit déjeuner. Tout cela au pied du site de Pompéi

Very good service from the staff: from the receptionist to the waitress in the morning at breakfast. And very good location to explore Pompei!!

Posizione vicinissima agli Scavi e alla Circumvesuviana. Camere molto belle e ben rifinite, da poco ristrutturate. Staff molto gentile

Emplacement idéal, juste à côté d'une des entrées de Pompéi. Très bon accueil, chambre calme et spacieuse. Bouteille d'eau offerte, bouilloire, café, thé. Lits très confortables, chambre impeccable pour 2 adultes avec un enfant. La chambre et la salle de bain viennent d'être rénovées (douche à l'italienne, robinetterie moderne, WC neufs). La clim fonctionnait bien. Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec beaucoup de choix de pains, de gâteaux, sucré ou salé (jambon, fromage, saumon, oeuf), fruits, yaourts, céréales. Nous avons été très satisfaits de nos 2 nuits sur place. La chambre est très bien insonorisée. On n'entend pas trop les bruits du dehors. C'est vraiment un hôtel à conseiller. Il y a aussi des places de parking pour les clients en voiture. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bien, mais il n'y avait pas de pizza le soir où nous nous y sommes attablés. Il y a d'autres restaurants à moins de 10 minutes à pied.

We had a great stay at Hotel Vittoria in Pompeii. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout, which really made a difference. The room was lovely – clean, comfortable, and well presented. The location is perfect as well, just a short walk from the ruins (literally a couple of minutes at most), which made everything so easy. Overall, a really enjoyable stay — we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pompeii.

This hotel is a hidden gem - I am very cautious writing this in my review as I don’t want it to become too popular for when I next return ! This is THE only hotel which faces the Pompeii ruins and no one knows it. If you get the right room, they have large terraces where you can sun bathe, enjoy the hot tub and enjoy some fantastic Italian food from the hotel. We recommend the Pizzas - absolutely amazing from the pizza restaurant attached to the hotel. The hotel rooms have recently been remodelled - they are really well fitted, new bathrooms and all fabulous for European standards. Now the staff are amazing and are a credit to the hotel. Carmela - the first person we met - is simply fantastic… cannot do enough for you, is a brilliant front of house greeter, and will settle / help any guest with anything they need. Similarly with Tina - simply brilliant ! Mimmo is one of the fantastic waiters and amazing at the outdoor restaurant and room service. Gabriele made sure everything is perfect at breakfast - such a brilliant buffet choice and orders of hot food. All super. Vlad managing the outdoor restaurant attached lunch time… absolutely amazing and so helpful. Could not do enough for us. Thank you ! So, again to me this is a brilliant hotel…. If you are visiting Pompeii or Vesuvius, please do not stay in Naples but enjoy the spender oh Hotel Vittoria. Thank you !!

Sicuramente la cordialità del personale e la posizione in cui si trova, essendo ai cancelli del sito archeologico.
Ottime le camere come pulizia, arredamento e spazio.

Hotel is very nicely decorated. Rooms are luxurious with nice big bed, beautiful lightning, nice colours, good big shower, very clean and we had a beautiful terrace as well.
There is free water, kettle plus coffee and tea in the room. Very friendly staff at reception and cleaning!! And at breakfast very nice ladies! Delicious omelettes. Free parking place!
And above all: such a good location right at the entrance of Pompeii!!

Great location for Pompeii

The staff were fantastic. Food was lovely. Felt very well looked after.

Great location right beside the two main gates for the archaeological site and only five minutes walk from train station. About 10 mins pleasant walk to the town. Excellent customer service - extremely friendly staff. Breakfast varied and plentiful. GF options also available.
