Hotel Villa Franz

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Franz and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax.The hotel is small, charming, and has a beautiful terrace with stunning sea views. The beach is only a two-minute walk away, which was very convenient.The owner, Carmen, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions we had. Her hospitality made us feel at home.Breakfast was good and offered a nice selection of ham, cheese, fresh vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, and delicious cakes and pastries.Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's small indoor thermal pool and sauna. It was the perfect way to relax in the evening after spending the day at the beach. Even though the outside temperature was around 31–33°C, we still enjoyed using the sauna every night.The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel can only be reached by electric shuttle because the roads are extremely narrow and inaccessible to regular cars and buses. However, this also makes the area very quiet and peaceful.There is only one restaurant close to the hotel. It rents out sun loungers and umbrellas for €30 per day, which we found rather expensive, especially since the beach was quite empty even in the middle of July. We were only offered a discount after having both lunch and dinner at the restaurant.Overall, we loved both Hotel Villa Franz and the surrounding area. It was a relaxing and memorable holiday, and we sincerely hope to come back again in the future.

The room was beatiful with the privat terrace. Aircondition, fan and shower worked perfectly. Breakfast was good, and the view from the breakfast terrace is fantastic. Only a few minutes walk to the Fumarola beach and several good restaurants. Very nice and quiet. You wake up to the sound of waves and the smell of freshly made coffee.

la camera era accogliente pulita e con una vista spettacolare, pulizie effettuate tutti i giorni.Colazione ottima con torte , marmellate fatte in casa e molto altro sia dolce che salato. la piccola piscina termale regala momenti di puro relax .la spiaggia più vicina si trova a soli 3miniti a piedi dalla struttura e il piccolo borgo a10 minuti si raggiunge con una passeggiata di saliscendi che regalano però viste incredibili

Struttura molto caratteristica, praticamente situata a due passi dal mare. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile . Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno veramente fantastico. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Consiglio vivamente .

La signora Carmela è stata molto gentile nei suoi modi di farci sentire a casa....la colazione è stata perfetta, torte fatte in casa , c'era di tutto e di più dal dolce al salato, frutta e marmellata fatte in casa ...che bontà, grazieeee 😍 lo zio ci ha dato consigli utili per girare e grazie. Il cuoco ha fatto un buon riso al 🍋...grazie😋

La vista mare

Amazing breakfast, with partial table service and some specialties changing from day to day and a mesmerising view from the terrace soaked in green leaves and vibrant colour flowers. The owner makes sure to make You feel seen, satisfied and welcome - in a geniune way. The location is also very fortunate, a bit further from the touristic city center yet still only in a 15 mins walk distance and very close to the path leading to absolutely charming thermal spa in the neighboring village. A thermal area in the hotel was again something we were not expecting.

Beh, il posto è unico, Sant'Angelo è una meraviglia. Villa Franz è un posto familiare, ti senti di essere a casa. La proprietaria Carmen con il marito Giuseppe, cuoco, sono persone favolose. Poi c'è lo zio Gennaro, è unico. È stata una vacanza indimenticabile grazie a loro.

Rodinný hotel s velmi vstřícnou a milou majitelkou. Pokoje s terasou a krásným výhledem na moře i termální zahrady.
Koupelna po rekonstrukci, v pokoji trezor.
Snídaně pestré, kontinentální a večeře výběr ze 3 jídel, velmi chutné.
