An amazing accessible hotel. Well worth the cost. Great value.
Pros:

We had an accessible room and it was one of the best we have ever had.
The lift was easy to use and went to almost our front door.
The door had a key to lock and unlock which for some may be an issue.
Inside the room was immaculately clean and tidy. There was a desk, with space for a wheelchair underneath, or a normal chair (provided and light enough to move easily)
We had the room as two single beds and there was still room to manoeuvre around. The wardrobe was open fronted with shelves at lots of different heights. The mini bar was at ground level and easy to open.
The bathroom was exceptional. A roll under sink, a level shower that you could roll into, or a shower stall. There was a bidet and toilet, with grab rails. There was a second, hand held bidet for over the toilet which would make cleaning up ostomy bags etc much easier (or simply using as a bidet!)
The shower had two shower heads - one over and a hand held, with a low enough bar to access whilst seated.
Again, the bathroom was large enough to move easily in, even for two. The door was a sliding pocket door, and the lightest and easiest to move I’ve ever seen.
Genuinely one of the most accessible rooms ever.
Street front parking available at an extra cost but must be booked, alternatively there are many disabled parking spaces nearby which are free of charge for badge holders. The street is step free into the hotel.
A great hotel in a great location.
Ps. The Turkish restaurant nearby is AMAZING!

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe road noise but it’s central
Bologna and to be expected. There were roadworks whilst we were there, but the hotel warned us in advance and it’s not their fault!
