Struttura soddisfacente, personale deludente.

Cons:

Stanza troppo calda, il sistema di condizionamento non raffreddava a dovere.
La cosa peggiore però è stata l'atteggiamento poco professionale dell' hotel, nei confronti di una problematica riportata: l'utilizzo comprovato da parte di una persona, probabilmente addetta alle pulizie, di un rossetto.
L'oggetto era ancora incartato, lasciata in una trousse da trucco la mattina, prima che uscissimo.
Al ritorno la sera, l'oggetto era stato aperto e il rossetto utilizzato, naturalmente non dalla mia compagna.
Fa da se che, dove è stato utilizzato un prodotto senza consenso, potrebbero esserne stati utilizzati anche molti altri.
Quando abbiamo riportato la questione alla reception, hanno avuto un attegiamento poco collaborativo, minimizzando l'accaduto al mero lato economico ( che hanno cercato di tamponare offrendoci una colazione ) e invitandoci a scrivere direttamente alla loro amministrazione.

Ottimo hotel a basso budget vicino alla fiera di Bologna

Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel il occasione di un evento alla fiera di Bologna. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la posizione e l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La stanza è semplice ma funzionale. I letti erano comodi, tutto era pulito e lo staff alla reception era molto gentile

Cons:

Eravamo in una camera esposta a est e al mattino nella stanza faceva abbastanza caldo ma era ancora sopportabile
