Ottima posizione, colazione e personale, ma camera troppo piccola e 7° piano senza ascensore

La posizione è molto buona, vicinissima al mare, e la vista dalla nostra camera era davvero bella. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il balcone.

La colazione era ottima, varia e decisamente uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, la struttura era pulita e anche la piscina e i relativi servizi ci sono piaciuti molto.

Nel complesso, sotto questi aspetti abbiamo avuto un’esperienza positiva.

Cons:

La camera purtroppo era davvero troppo piccola per una famiglia con due bambini. C’era pochissimo spazio per muoversi e il secondo letto era particolarmente scomodo.

Il problema più importante, però, è stato che ci è stata assegnata una camera al 7° piano, mentre l’ascensore arriva soltanto fino al 6°. Viaggiando con due bambini piccoli e un passeggino, dover fare ogni volta un piano a piedi sulle scale è stato molto scomodo e poco pratico. A nostro parere, una camera del genere non dovrebbe essere assegnata a una famiglia con bambini piccoli e passeggino senza almeno informarla chiaramente prima.

Anche il parcheggio normalmente disponibile è piuttosto distante dall’hotel, cosa non molto comoda quando si viaggia con bambini e bagagli. Fortunatamente, nel nostro caso si è liberato casualmente un posto direttamente presso l’hotel e siamo riusciti a parcheggiare lì.
