Hotel — and especially the attic room — was a total disaster. You can hear everything from the other rooms, the window doesn’t open, and there’s an unpleasant smell inside. The bathroom is the size of a shower cabin, yet they somehow managed to cram in a shower, sink, toilet, and even a bidet – to wash yourself, you literally have to stand between the toilet and the bidet. You wait an eternity for hot water, and the 30-year-old shower barely drips because of limescale buildup. Additionally, there was visible mold in the bathroom, which should automatically disqualify this “bike storage closet” from being used at all, as it’s simply a health hazard.
At my height of 1.90 m, I had to walk bent over in half just to move around the room.
Breakfasts were monotonous, of questionable quality, tasteless, and poor – no vegetables, only ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, sausages, a few croissants, and overripe fruit. Everything disappeared in a flash, and after 9 a.m., even after asking the staff, hardly anything was refilled.
Four stars? What a joke – this hotel doesn’t even deserve one. This is not a place for animals, and certainly not for people. NEVER AGAIN will I stay at this hotel, and we come to Rimini every year.
The staff were friendly, and the cleaning ladies were extremely kind and helpful despite the language barrier – they were by far the biggest plus of this hotel and deserve the utmost respect.

• Das Essen war sehr lecker.
• Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und sehr praktisch.
• Sehr nah am Strand.
• Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert.
• Es gab ein Bidet im Bad, was ich sehr geschätzt habe.

Negatives:
• Das Zimmer war sehr klein.
• Wasser war nicht kostenlos, selbst während der Mahlzeiten, obwohl ich Vollpension gebucht hatte.
• Die Minibar kühlte nicht richtig.
• Das Bad und die Toilette waren extrem klein.
• Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Ich habe einen Wasserkocher angefragt, und dieser wurde mir gebracht.
• Das Parken kostet 18 € pro Tag.

Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team in der Rezeption und im Restaurant für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Super small and outdated rooms. NOT worth your money. Beds are hard and small. Super loud as the walls and doors are paper thin. Regretted booking it as soon as we walked in. Tiny bathroom. Had to pay 90€ extra for an upgraded room that wasn’t even an upgrade at all…. Don’t waste your money and time coming here. Great if ur only concern is being close to the beach, but everything else sucks.
At least the staff was nice and break fast was okay.

We stayed at the hotel with almost 50 students for a class trip. We had a wonderful stay. The staff was so lovely, accommodating and helpful at every turn. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Especially Lorella was a gem. The hotel is very clean, the beds comfortable and the food delicious. This was an experience worth repeating.

Esperienza molto positiva. Personale sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Il cibo eccellente.Vicino al mare e al centro Rimini e quindi ai servizi.
Unico elemento non positivo il bagno in camera . Si presentava piccolo e poco funzionale .

Buena ubicación pero bastante ruido

Hotel discreto. 4 stelle in base ai servizi, forse, ma non alla qualità della camera che era sul retro vista cortile di servizio, piccola, con mobilio e porte sbrecciate e TV piccola e vecchia. In genrale un albergo che necessita di un profondo rinnovo. Parcheggio con pochi posti e poco accessibile. Colazione non particolarmente curata e senza cartellini con indicazione dell'alimento.

Una buona scelta per Rimini. Cena superiore alle aspettative

Gentilezza, cortesia sono di casa sia alla reception che in sala ristorante. Cibo molto buono. Nella nostra camera purtroppo la temperatura era molto elevata nonostante il riscaldamento spento e la finestra aperta. Bagno molto piccolo, quasi impossibile utilizzare il bidet e senza mensola per bagnoschiuma e shampoo nella doccia.

Ottimo hotel con colazione di alto livello. Parcheggio a pagamento. Un po’ vecchiotto.

Servizio e Struttura Top. Simone all'accoglienza e' sempre molto professionale e gentilissimo !! Struttura elegante e confortefole. Comoda al mare ai servizi. Il centro storico a 20 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Ci ritornremo sicuramente.

Sehr freundlich personal gute essen sehr saubee

Posizione centrale. Comodo il cortile con telecamere dove lasciare l'auto (anche se coi posti contati). Camera bella pulita ed essenziale, con balconcino e vista interna. Ricchissimo buffet per colazione. Staff cordialissimo.

Hotel fairly easy to locate despite street/sidewalk congestion (July 2023) with tourists/beachgoers. Friendly reception staff was helpful, but directions to extra fee parking area was not clear to this reviewer who is only fluent in English/German. Room was clean and quiet, but below average size and dated. Continental breakfast was average. Staff assisted with delivering car to hotel front since cars were parked end to end.

Not a 4 STAR hotel. Don’t be fooled.

There are not a swimming pool. We didn’t get the sea view as promised.

There were small shabby rooms and the AC was broke for 24 hours. The staff didn’t even apologise for that, didn’t inform us in any way.

Breakfast didn’t have any variations for whole week. Butter, milk and youghurts were not served cold. The serving staff were quite nice. Can’t say that for the rest of the staff. Very sour faced all the time.

Cleaning ladys were welcoming and did their job perfectly.

There was a small parking space with no possibility to park by your self. You had to ask for the staff to park because it was full loaded.

Carino ed economico

I stayed at the hotel from 16-20 May for a business trip.
The dates coincided with the weather disaster in the area and the hotel was flexible for both check-in and check-out. The location of the hotel is good, there are numerous restaurants nearby and a supermarket within a 10 minute walk. The room was simple and small but adequate. The cleanliness was also adequate. The reception staff is very friendly. The first night I had no hot water in the shower and after calling the next afternoon it was fixed. They also booked a taxi to come and pick me up from the hotel on departure. The breakfast is varied and tasty. I would highlight the kindness of the waiter who prepares freshly brewed coffee and freshly squeezed juices, which are brought to the table.
100% recommendable.

Tutto positivo, vicinissimo al mare, ottima la colazione.
