Pros:

Great location walkable from train station and easy access to all the places in Florence we wanted to go. The staff were super helpful and friendly and there is free coffee in the mornings and tea available all day. Room was spacious and had a couch, shower and sink with drinking water.

Localização é excelente, perto dos principais pontos turísticos de florença, fizemos tudo a pé.

Cons:

Para chegar no hotel é necessário subir 120 degraus isso e bem cansativo para quem esta com malas.

No hotel existe apenas 1 banheiro para todos os hospedes fazerem as necessidades , existem no andar 7 quartos aproximadamente e alguns tem chuveiro para tomar banho mas o nosso nao tinha. A questão é que a limpeza é bem precária, passei 2 dias e o banheiro cheirava mal e o chão estava sempre sujo e preto.

Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to reach the room. For us it wasnt a problem but for some it can be.

Nice private balcony.
Good location.

Cons:

"Private" bathroom is a transparent shower cabin in the middle of the room. I don't think that qualifies as private.
There is mold in the wall that they put a painting frame over.
There is no elevator, and the room is at the third floor.

Genoten van de stad.
Pros:

De ligging midden in het centrum!
Zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel.

Cons:

De gedeelde badkamer die erg verouderd is. Heel lastig dat ook het toilet in de badkamer is. Als je naar het toilet moet maar er staat iemand te douchen dan kun je niet naar het toilet!

Hôtel idéalement placé en plein centre de Florence et à 2min à pieds du Duomo. Café à dispo le matin

Pros:

Posizione centralissima e un silenzio incredibile! Non si sentiva nessun rumore dall'esterno e nemmeno dagli altri ospiti! Una meraviglia. Letto eccezionale, rigido al punto giusto. Staff molto cordiale.

Pros:

Le personnel tres sympathique, la situation exceptionnellement bien placée, le fait d’avoir 2 ventilateurs a disposition par ces grandes chaleurs

Cons:

La rue est trop bruyante si comme nous vous n'avez pas la chance d'avoir une chambre donnant sur la cour intérieur , malgré les ventilateurs il y fait trop chaud.

A colazione solo caffè, cappuccino e thè, niente brioche... per quanto riguarda la posizione 5 stelle, si è ad un passo dal Duomo e a tutti gli altri siti da visitare... staff molto gentile e disponibile...

Konumu oldukça iyi, balkonlu odalar çok iyi.

Cons:

Günübirlik temizlik yok, havlu değişimi yok. Ortak tuvaletin olduğu en baştan bildirilmişti. Ancak odadaki duş, odanın tam ortasındaydı. Etrafında perde ile çevriliydi ne yazık ki perde mahremiyeti sağlamaya yeterli değildi. Tabii ki farklı bir zamanda olsa bu duş için tam puan verebilirdim. Ancak 3 yakın arkadaş için büyük zorluklar yaşattı.

Pros:

Really excellent location. Great check in and storage option. I loved my room, it had all i needed and very peaceful. Comfy bed, no air con but there was a plug in fan which was needed. Shared bathroom was not an issue and always super clean. Totally loved my stay and would definitely recommend

Only thing was the sheets were a bit rough. Could do with a street picture of the entrance

Pros:

Excellent emplacement, café et autres boissons à disposition le matin, un petit frigo également disponible pour les clients.
Ventilateur dans la chambre.
Bonne literie.

Cons:

J'y suis restée plusieurs nuits, juste une nuit a posé problème à cause de certains clients bruyants ne respectant pas autrui, c'est une question d'éducation, le soir ou le matin tôt on respecte et on fait attention au bruit que l'on fait.
Ensuite, les douches communes, idem, très propres. Je ne comprends pas comment certains arrivent à mettre de l'eau partout alors qu'il suffit de fermer la porte vitrée de la douche.
