Comfortable enough for a solo male traveller.
Pros:

As a solo male traveller, it suited my purpose. Being a single room with a shared WC it was adequate. The outlook view was nothing special, but who goes to Florence to spend it their hotel room.

Cons:

Lack of tea / coffee facilities within the room itself. But it was available within the hotel. The lack of a lift could be problematic for those with limited mobility.

Great central location
Pros:

The hotel is in a central part of Florence, and a 20 minute walk from the train station or you can grab a bus that drops you off right outside the hotel.The staff did give us instructions on locating it past the big door as it wasn't immediately obvious.

The room was big and airy and we were accommodated with 2 standing fans on the rare occasion that we needed it.

Cons:

Be mindful that that there 4 flights of stairs to reach the hotel with no elevator - tricky with suitcases, especially those with mobility issues.

Whilst we did choose to have a shower in our room, the toilets are communal - I have walked past people in the dining room in my pyjamas to go to the toilet, so this isn't for the shy!

Pros:

The location was 10/10 and the room’s view was really incredible! It was mostly clean, the building & common room is historic and beautiful to see. Overall we had a great experience!

Cons:

Though the heating was on at night, it was still a bit cold inside the room especially in the morning. The rooms are almost on the 3rd floor (reception is on 2nd) without elevator, might be a problem for some so keep that in mind. Besides these everything was great!

Bene per una notte in centrissimo a Firenze
Pros:

L'hotel è in un palazzo storico di Firenze, il contesto è molto bello, camera super spaziosa alta e luminosa, materasso comodo, pulizia impeccabile, posizione a 2 passi dal Duomo. Possibilità di usare i bagni in comune dopo il check out e il deposito bagagli gratuito. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile, è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Bagno in comune molto pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto alto, considerando la posizione centrale.

Cons:

Purtroppo, proprio dovuto al fatto che si tratta di un palazzo storico, le camere non sono insonorizzate. Ci sono molto rumori legati all'impianto idraulico delle altre camere (si sente proprio il colpo di ariete dello scarico). Se qualcuno (poco rispettoso e chiassoso) passa per il corridoio o per le scale dell'hotel di notte si sente tutto. I cuscini possono risultare bassi. In alcune camere non è presente il wc privato, tuttavia è presente doccia in camera con un separé e lavandino, che per una pernottamento di una notte è abbastanza.

Pros:

A localização e o custo benefício foram os fatores que mais me agradaram na acomodação. O quarto era bem amplo e as camas confortáveis. Os funcionários eram atenciosos e prestativos.

Cons:

Apesar do quarto ser grande e o banheiro recém reformado, o armário fazia barulho conforme se andava pelo quarto.
Além disso eram bastante lances de escadas para chegar na acomodação. Não me recordo de ver isso na descrição do anúncio, mas é algo que torna a chegada no hotel cansativa, pois não há elevadores. Como eu estava com meus pais idosos, isso se tornou um ponto negativo.
O banheiro apresentava um vazamento no box que precisou ser contido com mais panos de chão que foi fornecido pelo hotel prontamente.

Nagyon hangulatos a hotel, ami egy volt palotában helyezkedik el.
Pros:

Központi elhelyezkedés, történelmi hangulat. A tetőtéri szobában voltunk, ahonnan ráláttunk a bazilika kupolájára.

Ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

El alojamiento la ubicación es inmejorable, a 1 minuto del duomo
La habitación triple con baño muy grande y con vistas a la cúpula,
La habitación y el baño bastante limpios, para un viaje de 3-5 días es perfecta

Cons:

Las escaleras pero ya lo sabía por comentarios leídos anteriormente, merece la pena solamente por la ubicación y por supuesto que está limpio
