Magnifique hôtel au coeur de Florence

Cute little room in very old building full of stories. Bathrooms were spacious with gorgeous tiles and clean. Location was superb. Only downside was that it was super hot and our room had no air con - which epild be absolutely fine in weather less than 30 degrees (an oversight by me). Staff gave us extra fans so we managed. Overall all good.

Unbeatable location, staff is amazing
Pros:

Vincenzo was absolutely amazing, he gave us such great recommendations when we checked in and was so kind. The location was unbeatable.
Without an AC it was a little uncomfortable during the heatwave, but with a fan it was completely doable, so Much better than we anticipated

Zentrale, aber ruhige Lage. Freundliche Atmosphäre. Dusche und WC gemeinsam war kein Problem, Waschbecken im Zimmer. Getränke und Kühlschrank im Gemeinschaftsraum

The toilets were outside of the rooms and unfortunately the property had problems with water during our stay, which really was unpleasant considering the extremely high temperature.

A gracious stay in Central Florence
Pros:

The room was a generous size.for the four of us and the location excellent. Close to everything.

Cons:

It was viciously hot when we visited. We were very grateful that each bed had a fan. I understand most places in Florence dont have aircon and I don't love aircon but if Florence continues to be this hot or even hotter it will become a necessity unfortunately.

One of the top places we stayed during our 2 week trip.
Pros:

Quiet, clean, and huge room along with friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect for walking around the city.

Cons:

With shared bathrooms, naturally sometimes there was a wait to get in.

Mi sono trovata davvero benissimo.. lo staff è stato estremamente cortese, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare: davvero il top.
La camera era meravigliosa e ho adorato il lavandino in camera; anche se il bagno era in comune, era talmente pulito e sempre libero che sembrava quasi fosse privato ahah
La posizione è ottima e, considerando il prezzo, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccellente.
Quando tornerò a Firenze, sarà sicuramente una delle mie prime scelte.

Cons:

In realtà nulla, anche se c’erano delle rampe di scale da fare per me non è stato assolutamente un problema.
Per chi ama avere il condizionatore potrebbe essere un piccolo inconveniente in estate (almeno nella mia camera non c’era), però mi hanno messo a disposizione un ventilatore e l’ho apprezzato molto.

Alles super und hat uns bei der Reise super gute Laune geschenkt.
Pros:

Das Hotel war angeblich Medicis Real Estate. Super viel Platz und hat sehr interessante Raum Design. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, durch Fenster sieht man Doumo. Das Personal des Hotels ist super freundlich. Wir können am Tag des Check out den ganzen Tag unsere Gepäck da lassen und beim Abholen uns da gemütlich ausruhen. Sehr gutes preisleistungsverhaltnis!
