A lovely travel in time
Pros:

The staff were extremely nice, kind, pleasant and helpful. On my arrival, they offered coffee although I did not buy the breakfast option. Similarly, I was allowed to use the reception hall after my check out until my train’s departure. So, they were very very nice people.
Considering the history of the building which was built in 16/17th century, you feel like you travel in time to renaissance as soon as you enter the building. I have not experienced such a unique place so far.

Posizione dell’albergo perfetta, dimora storica, molto bella camere pulite e sistemate la colazione non ho potuto assaggiarla in quanto gli orari obbligatori dalle otto di mattina in poi non mi hanno permesso causa mia uscita dalla infrastruttura alle ore 7:00 per motivi di lavoro di poter usufruire di questo servizio, pertanto non posso giudicare l’operazione ancorché avesse avvisato la ricezione dell’hotel della mia partenza, ma mi è stato detto non si può fare nulla, al limite, si prende un caffè americano che è disponibile qua per tutti

Sicuramente da migliorare la parte burocratico amministrativa sono arrivato effettuato la ricezione in albergo era già pronto lo scontrino con l’avvenuto pagamento del pernottamento. Per motivi amministrativi avevo necessità di avere la ricevuta o lo scontrino col nominativo del personale come avviene in tutti gli hotel in cui anche tramite voi ho prenotato, non ho mai avuto problemi. La mia richiesta di poter avere il nominativo mi è stato detto che non si poteva fare che la registrazione fiscale era già venuta pertanto lo scontrino quello si poteva fare nulla di più , se volevo avere il nominativo dovevo scriverlo nella prenotazione attraverso il vostro sito , cosa ma è avvenuta in passato e non mi risulta che sia obbligatorio o necessario chiedere che venga messo il nome sulla ricevuta o scontrino che dirsi voglia. Per cui ho avuto una corrispondenza di mail con la struttura, dovendo ribadito il concetto avendo pagato con carta virtuale e quindi avrei dovuto avvisare se volevo il nominativo sulla ricevuta nel momento della prenotazione. Pertanto, è il caso di vedere come funzionano queste cose va benissimo tutto, ma il fatto che io sono arrivato e avessi già trovato lo scontrino dell’avvenuto pagamento senza neanche chiedermi le dati personali non è una cosa corretta è avvenuto in altri hotel che all’arrivo alla reception è stato saldato il corso della stanza tramite la carta di credito segnalata di conseguenza è alquanto strano che questo hotel abbia fatto tutto di corsa senza neanche aspettare l’arrivo del cliente che magari appunto poteva chiedere determinati nominativi sulla ricevuta o scontrino che dirsi voglia

It was very central and the female at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful

Charming stay with a great atmosphere, excellent location, and wonderful staff.
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean rooms, and wonderful staff - especially the older gentleman who was incredibly warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was truly special, with beautiful music that created a sense of old Italian elegance and charm.

Pulito, centrale e personale gentile.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, veramente a due passi da tutto. Il personale sorridente è molto preparato. La receptionist è stata davvero molto carina , mi ha fornito una mappa indicandomi tutti i posti di principale interesse, sempre sotridente e gentile. Letto comodissimo e stanza pulita.

Dette sted skal opleves. Alt anbefales hvis man vil bo centralt og man vil opleve Firenze

fantastisk 4 personers værelse, stort, højt til loftet. 2 store himmelsenge og et fantastik flot malet loft .
lidt lyd fra vejen ude fra , men kun en summen af lyd af Firenze. Flot indgang og entre på hotellet. Atrium gård.
Kan varmt anbefales hvis man vil bo i gå afstand til hele midt by og de fleste store attraktioner.

lidt snæver parkerings forhold ift. små veje mm. men løsning findes.

Pros:

Fijne locatie, prima ontbijt maar vraag om een espresso of cappuccino. Bij een zwarte koffie kreeg je oude filter koffie. Kamer was groot, mooi beschilderd maar een beetje hol en muffig. Wij kregen de ramen in iedere geval niet open. het personeel was erg aardig en hielpen graag.

Cons:

Ontbijt is een beetje weinig als je gewend bent veel te ontbijten. Maar het is een prima start van de dag. Badkamer was apart ingericht. Oud en tijd voor onderhoud. Douchecabine moest open en dicht gevouwen worden. Maar voor de prijs die wij hebben betaald was het prima
