A great stay, helped by the friendliness of the staff. Willing to go the extra mile.
Pros:

The breakfast was varied and very good value for money. Location was perfect, right on the seafront. All of the staff were very friendly and made my stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t enjoy.

Cosy place for romantic stay
Pros:

lovely butique hotel, not crowded, nice sea view from our apartment. Room was tiny but sufficint for us. Clean and cosy with cleaning service every day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Perfect location to visit Toscany by car.
Many restaurants nearby.

Cons:

a bit of noise from the main street, especially in the evenings on weekend

Pros:

La atencion de la recepcionista de la tarde ( no recordamos su nombre ) siempre con una sonrisa. El Hotel es muy bonito.

Cons:

El desayuno muy pobre. Te ponen 4 huevos fritos helados, unas cuantas tiras de bacon, cómo 4... y punto.
La mampara de la ducha se traba, muy incómodo.

Superb building and location with friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Amazing building and genuine period interiors with amazing entrance and stained glass public room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean room with comfy bed, great shower and a balcony looking over the seafront. Lovely breakfast with good choice and laid out in a beautiful room. Location is cracking between seafront and the pine-woods and handy for many local restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Sound proofing between rooms was OK but louder neighbours might have been a problem. Still would not put us off revisiting as such a brilliant hotel.

Pros:

Hotel excelente, belíssimo edifício, com decoração Art Nouveau e outras pinturas. Em frente ao mar, com bela vista em um belo bairro de Viareggio. Café da manhã muito bom e hospitalidade elegante e prestativa. Voltaremos, com certeza. Recomendamos sem restrições.

Lovely stay! Visit to cinque terra and Lucca as bonus.
Pros:

Really nice staff! Superfriendly and helpful.
Breafast OK. We had a room with part of a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. If ever back in Viareggio we would chose this hotel again for sure.

Cons:

Perhaps some more veggies for breakfast.
